He didn't move an inch, before or after she grabbed him, just sitting there like stone just as his "sister" was in front of him. In many ways that weren't as obvious Zoe is very much like her mother but in the obvious ways like immediate appearance (unless you take note of face besides eyes) she is like her dad.

the ride stopped and she still had her arms wrapped around his arm "okay......something not a roller coaster now."

"Or something not a roller coaster ever." Zoe said, forcing herself out of the car and onto the platform.

Neither Zoe nor Jason were phased much by it, only the occasional jumping by being startled

well Rose was Latched to Jason's arm hiding her face into his side when something bloody showed up

He wasn't really sure what to do so he just lightly places his arm across her shoulders and hand on her shoulder.

He kept walking with the group. Zoe was ahead, leaving them alone on purpose. She checked her watch, not for the time but for her magic levels separated in half, one for the Death magic, the other for Time. Time was about a 1/8 full (or empty).
If it keeps up like this I'll only need two or three more weeks. She thought with a smile

Everything that came along he mostly just stared down, in a sort of challenging sort of way, not that any of the people working could see in the dark the way he could.

"You feeling okay? You're face is all red. Are you warm or something?" He asked. Zoe noticed and wandered off not too far, close enough to see each other but far enough to leave them alone. She couldn't believe she was the third wheel to her parents first date. Talk about awkward
