Kisshu's careful mask fell again, this time forming an expression of utter shock. Had she just complimented him?! His stomach flipped and he felt heat rise up to his face. She liked his eyes? Had she really said that?
"You...I just tried to kill you and you tell me you like my eyes?" The humor of it hit him then and he burst out laughing. "You really are something else, y'know that?"

Hitomi's expression remained unchanged. "Am I?" She asked. A light giggle escaped her throat. "Well... Like I said before..."
She pulled away, spinning on her heel so that her back was facing him. Clasping her hands gently behind her back she said, "If you really wanted to kill me back there, I think you would have. After all, you had the power to..."
She looked back at him, grinning. "Ne?"

Kisshu stared at the odd girl and found that he couldn't help but grin. "Of course I could kill you if I tried." He said as if it should be obvious. Who am I kidding...there's no way I'm killing her...she's... His thoughts paused as he watched her smiling face. Special...she could be useful... Inwardly he sighed. I really am so selfish.

"What's that far off look for?" She asked him, her look softening a bit. Fully turning away, she took a few dreamy bounds forward, suddenly losing herself in her own world. "Oh, nevermind, it's such a stupid question. You said you're an 'alien,' right? Man, that's just so cool... I always knew they existed. It'd be selfish to imagine otherwise. But geez... To have one show up in my front yard? It's amazing..."
She continued on in her rant for a few moments, completely lost in a daze, walking in circles and spinning about as if she were in a seductive dance with her own thoughts. It was all very slow and careful,yet completely unintentional.

To have one show up in my front yard? It's amazing..." She was oddly beautiful. He had never thought of any human that way except for Ichigo, but it hit him hard as he watched Hitomi.
He chuckled from behind his fist. "Maybe you should sit down before you make yourself dizzy..."

Kisshu laughed again. The way she was stuttering like that was absolutely adorable. Perhaps...perhaps Hitomi would make a good toy... He considered that. "You really shouldn't let your attention wander around someone like me." He smirked. "I may just take advantage of that fact."

Hitomi looked up at him, now mildly worried. She couldn't tell if he was kidding. The tone he'd used suggested mild humor, but the look on his face said otherwise. How on Earth was she supposed to respond? Was he purposely screwing with her head?

Seeing that the once soft, boyish look in his eyes had faded into something much darker, fear suddenly struck deep in the cresets of her chest. This young man was dangerous, and she could see it now. Like she had many other people, she had been sworn on giving him many chances, but...
Hitomi lifted a flattened hand to the air and brought it down upon his cheek.

Kisshu put his hand on his cheek in shock as it stung. "You hit me! Why the hell did you hit me?!" He couldn't even begin to fathom what would bring Hitomi to strike him as such. It's not like he had hurt her this time. It was only a kiss.

Hitomi was shivering by that point, her fingertips trembling with the fear and the realization of what she had just done.
"You hit me! Why the hell did you hit me?!"
Trying to shake it off, Hitomi stomped her foot and shouted, "It's not right! It's just not right of you to take a young woman's first kiss!!" Her voice was shrill, clearly upset. "You're certainly no gentleman, THAT'S for sure! You deserved it! How dare you?!"

He blinked. "What is it with you women and your 'eek that was my first kiss'? It's just a kiss!" He tried to reason with her. "And that hurt, I'll have you know!" Honestly he couldn't understand how kissing her could be all that wrong. He figured it just annoyed Ichigo because she was so obsessed with her Aoyama-kun.

Hitomi tightly shut her eyes and ran her sleeved wrist across the surface of her mouth, trying to wipe away the feel of his lips against hers. It left sort of a tingling feeling that she felt needed to go away. This was so wrong! How could he?!
"We just met, you stupid boy!" She shouted, her voice muffled slightly from the fabric. "I can't believe you! I can't believe you!!"
Suddenly, a light flickered on in the window of her living room. "Hika-Chan, are you okay?"
"Y-Yes, Mom!!"
