ooc/ Hello again! Alrighty, here we go!
Kisshu turned back to look at the girl once more. What a foolish girl she was. Did she not realize that he could kill her in an instant? He sighed, deciding that it may be better to answer her and get it over with. "Kisshu. My name is Kisshu. You really are dancing with death, you know that?"

"Kisshu. My name is Kisshu." What a curious name... "You really are dancing with death, aren't you?" Hitomi shrugged her shoulders, her smile growing bigger. "Well, you know, I think that if you really wanted to kill me just now, you would have done it, wouldn't you?" She asked, clasping her hands behind her back. Giggling, she ducked her head into a formal, Japanese bow, but it was a little bit too high above the ground to be considered traditional. "It's nice to meet you..." Standing up straight, she gave him that same soft expression from before. "Why were you trying to kill me back there, Kisshu?"

Kisshu blinked in shock. Such a crazy and insightful girl. "Well, you know, I think that if you really wanted to kill me just now, you would have done it, wouldn't you?" Why did he delay? For what reason would he want to spare one of the terrible humans who were killing off the planet he so longed for? Why would he care at all? And then he looked in her eyes, and he realized why. She was like him. Her heart was filled with some sort of earth shattering pain that she had no clue how to live with. Her eyes said it all. "It's nice to meet you...Why were you trying to kill me back there, Kisshu?" The girl asked. He hesitated. Hurting or not, she was one of those terrible creatures. If she was in so much pain then what difference would it make if she died? It may even make her happier. "I need your spirit." He said absently, his mind turning.

Hitomi looked at him unaffected. "Oh... I see... You mean, this awful thing?" She asked, placing her hand against her chest. "So that's why..." Another giggle escaped her. "I guess if you really want it you can have it, just as long as you don't make me one of those... things..." Her eyes batted into spacey blinks as she tried to think of a proper word. Monster may not have been as effective as she would intend...

Kisshu found himself stunned and speechless. How did this girl know so much? Finally he regained use of his voice. "That's what I'd inevitably need to do with it." Suddenly it hit him. She had already said he could have it, why not change tactics. He stared into her eyes, his face softening. "I could really use your help. I need to save this place, Hitomi, and your spirit can help me."

"I could really use your help. I need to save this place, Hitomi, and your spirit can help me."
Hitomi looked at him, oddly for a moment. "Save it?" She asked, curiously. "What do you mean by that?"

"Hitomi," Kisshu fought the urge to cringe at his own sickly sweet voice. "surely you can see what's happening to this planet? It's dying, Hitomi. It's dying and all the animals are going with it. I just want to save it before it's too late, but those pesky Mew Mews want control of it themselves." It disgusted him, stooping to this level, but he needed to do something.

Hitomi's smile suddenly faded, and she drew back a little bit. "You say you want to... save it?" She asked, just above a whisper. Her head lowered, slightly, and all she seemed capable of doing was sighing. "But you... There must be some other way to save the planet without hurting so many people. I can see that you're different... Your ears and eyes say that you're not human, but can't you have some compassion?" He kept repeating her name when he spoke, and Hitomi knew exactly why. It was a form of psychology, to make her feel more comfortable with him. She wouldn't just give up and die, though.

Kisshu fought to keep control of his temper. She was seeing through him so easily. Just who was she? "Hitomi, sweetheart, can't you feel it? Can't you understand? The other humans, they don't care that they're killing the planet. As long as they're gratified, the Earth can die. But I can tell, Hitomi, you're different. You could help me save this planet, Hitomi." And then a thought struck him. It was a lie, but a little white lie may be all it took. "And you wouldn't have to die. Once we were done, I could turn you back."

Hitomi's eyes narrowed slowly as he spoke. He made it all sound so great, yet none of it was. She, too, was sick of the people around her and the way that they desoiled the very planet that they were blessed with, but... "I'm sorry..." She exhaled. "I would love to help you, believe me I would. I would love to make the sad face you wear go away, but..." She sighed. "I just don't believe in your cause."

He grabbed her by the throat, his temper getting the best of it. "YOU'RE ALL THE SAME!" He roared. "NONE OF YOU CARE! MY PEOPLE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR THIS PLANET AND NONE OF YOU CARE!!" He ground his teeth. Oh how fragile she was. He wouldn't hesitate this time, he would take her spirit by force if he must. "I WON'T LET MY PEOPLE DIE FOR YOU ANY LONGER!"
OOC/ I'm very sorry but I have to log for the night. My dad needs the computer. I'll make sure to get on tomorrow in the morning and during lunch though. Have a good night. ^_\\

Hitomi gasped as she felt herself being flung upward slightly, an immense pressure sending hurtful vibrations through her throat and to her lungs. Her small hands flew up to Kisshu's wrist, holding on tight, trying to force his fingers to pry apart. She could hear him shouting, extremely distraught. As she gasped for air, she shouted, "You-- You're just like--!! No! You're-- You're WORSE than a human--!!" She could feel the blood in her head rushing around, quickly, making her feel faint. All the while, she never showed any change in aura. It remained ever white, ever accepting.

He screamed. He wanted to crush her! He wanted to destroy her! How dare she say something like that to him! His fingers tightened around her throat and finally, for the first time since grabbing her, he looked into her eyes. There was that pain again. "You're WORSE than a human!" The words echoed in his head. His fingers twitched and he released her. God he hated himself. He felt like crying, realizing that the way he was he could never save his people. Never. They were dying and he was to pathetic to save them.

As the grip on her throat loosened, eventuallly giving her full freedom, she was dropped to her feet, holding on to her throat defensively. Hitomi stumbled backwards a bit, coughing into her palm. "What--! What the fuck was that for?!" She screamed, glaring up at him from her bent over position. "What the hell gives you the right to decide who gets to die and who gets to live, huh?!" He WAS worse than a human. After all, instead of trying to form a truce, his kind flat out sent him (from wherever it was that he came from) to destroy all life in the area. Or, as he had said, "to save it." Bullshit.
ooc/ Please tell me now if you have any cursing issues. I won't drop the F bomb every two seconds, promise. (That's just annoying)

ooc/ I don't have any problems with it at all. And I do have to agree with you about the F-bomb every two seconds (Ahh...high school...the epitome of hell on earth...stupid little kids running around thinking they're cool coz they know how to say the F-word every other word -shakes head-) lol.
Kisshu stared at the ground and wouldn't look up. He didn't want the human girl to see him shed tears. It was ridiculous how truly weak he was. He knew she expected an answer, but if he had spoken she would have heard the tremor in his voice. No...he couldn't let her see him as week.

ooc/ Yeah, I just love how a term for sex (which is supposed to be a beautiful thing) suddenly became forbidden slang that everybody loves.

She examined him, thoroughly, trying to come up with a diagnosis for what could possibly be wrong with him. Schizophrenia? That could be a possibility. Maybe, Disturbia? Yeah, that seemed likely. Terrorism? Even more! Although, none of it seemed to match up...
Hitomi's eyes narrowed on to his face as she stood up straight, still panting. Shoulders a bit tense with her hands clenched into fists, she took a half step foreward. "I should hit you for that," She said, her voice a bit shaky.

ooc/ Exactly!

Again Kisshu stayed silent. He deserved it, that he knew well. He was such a selfish being. He would destroy even a girl who had not deserved it, if only it would mean his people could have this planet. He couldn't help but wonder what she thought of him.
Fear? No. She was too outspoken towards him to be afraid. Hatred? Yes. That seemed likely. Disgust? Even more so.
The fact that she would think these things about him disturbed him. The fact that he cared what she thought upset him even more. Truly, he must be losing it.

Hitomi's clenched fist grew only tighter as he took in what she had said. He remained silent, which aggitated her. Again, she took a half step forward, then another. Slow at first, eventually breaking into a quick stride until she was able to duck underneath his lowered head and stare him in the eye. Those golden, honey-like eyes... "Just what the heck are you, anyway? Other than a jerk with no manners, I mean." Her face was hard and expressionless.

Kisshu blinked as suddenly she was right there in his face. "Just what the heck are you, anyway? Other than a jerk with no manners, I mean."
He swallowed hard as a few tears dropped from his chin and onto her face. "What do I look like?" He asked her. "I'm an 'alien'. Although really, you should be the ones called aliens; it was our planet first." He tried to stop crying.

Seeing a tear fall from his eye, Hitomi's expressionless face suddenly melted, as if she had just been hit by something horrible. She looked at him with sympathetic eyes, straightening her posture a bit so that they were at eye level. "What do I look like? I'm an 'alien.'" Amazing... "Although really, you should be the ones called aliens; it was our planet first." Hitomi bit her lip. Somehow, that wasn't all too difficult to believe as most people would put it out to be. "Hey... Are you crying...?"

"Hell no! Why would I be crying?!" He tried to hide his weakness from Hitomi. He was afraid that she would think him pathetic...just as his Koneko-Chan did. Suddenly he felt more alone then ever, but regardless began to force his face back into its carefully constructed mask.

She stared at him for a few moments, watching the look on his face change as rapidly as his thoughts did. He was just like her; He was in some sort of serious pain just as she was. After a brief sigh, Hitomi smiled at him, raising a motherly hand up to his face. Gently, she moved his bangs away from his eyes. "You shouldn't put your bangs in front of your face like that. If you do that... No one can see your eyes. They truly are extraordinary, you know..." Maybe compliments would make him calm down a bit. She was hoping that she wouldn't be at the point of strangulation again.
