"Thanks Leo. I love you too." Sitting up and rubbing her forehead she sighed. "Yeah. Sure. Why no-" She was cut off as she fell sideways onto the floor.
"Onee-Sama?!" The twins got up out of their seat to crouch beside her. "Onee-Sama! Onee-Sama, wake up!"
Alice groaned and grimaced. "I'm ok. I'm alright. It's nothing." She started to sit up.

Leo blushed as he looked away from the Alice and the twins as he started to get embarrassed. "She loves me..." Leo whispered to himself as the twins helped Alice up off the ground.

"Leo, you alright?" Alice asked. She replayed her words over in her mind. Had she said something to upset him at all?
"Onee-Sama, I think Leo likes you." Meiun whispered to her..
"Mm-hmm." Hibiki added.
Aliced look back up to Leo from them. Could that really be what it was? Or had she screwed up?

Alice noticed how Leo was avoiding answering. Oh my God...maybe it's just pity. Maybe I've been wrong and he's just being nice....
"Yeah. Ok. Sure. That's what it is." The twins rolled their eyes at him.

Leo then started to panic a little, "Really it was, if I liked Alice..." Leo then sighed a deep sigh. "Then she wouldn't be happy, and as her friend I don't want to see her unhappy." Leo a little saddened by his own word, knowing they were all true.

The twins looked from Leo to Alice to themselves. "He's in a depressive state...Kiss him make it better, Onee-Sama!" They snickered wickedly to eachother as Alice's face went beet red.

Leo's face went red as well as turned around to look at the twin's snickering and Alice's face blushing a deep red. "I think I'm better now!" Leo exclaimed as he started waving his hands over his face.

Leo started to blush a lot not knowing why they were doing this and why he wasn't stopping them. "Hey you guys, cut it out." Leo asked them as he tried to get away, but Hibiki wouldn't stop pushing him.

"Because if I was with Alice... they would find her and try to hurt her to get to me." Leo said as he turned away from them as his eyes began to tear up a little bit and Blood Lust began to fill them, making them look almost pure red.

"Who would?" Alice asked, now curious as to what was bothering her Leo. "Who would come after me? Leo," She paused. "Leo are you ok? What's wrong?"
The twins watched as Alice's voice and mannerism became even more gentle and she walked slowly towards Leo, her hand outstretched so as to touch his arm.

"Leo." Alice's voice was soft, steady. "Leo, I'm not afraid. I told you, I'm not going anywhere unless you really want me to." She kept walking towards him.
The twins were watching the new development keenly, trying to figure out how this would end.

"I don't want you to go... but I don't want you to be here and get hurt if it's just for me." Leo tried to move away as Alice got closer. Now he was starting to this it wasn't a good idea to make Alice his friend, because now she might be in danger.

Leo just looked back at her tears rolling down his eyes and Blood Lust to go with it. "Why do you always think you've done something wrong? You didn't do anything wrong..." Leo tried to look away from her sad eyes, but he couldn't even move at that moment.

The twins gave a small smile. They had been right, of course. Now if only Leo would get off of this 'I don't wanna hurt you' kick and kiss her already. They sighed, watching with anticipation.
