"I would never force myself on you, Leo. If you ask me to leave, I will. I don't want you to think I'm backing you into a corner." Alice said, tears streaming down her cheeks but happy still to see him smile.
The twins rolled their eyes. This was starting to get boring. Maybe they should interfere?

Leo then just hugged Alice tightly not caring that the twins were still there. "It's okay Alice, I don't mind. Your not pushing me into a corner, your bringing me out from it." Leo still smiled as he laid his head on her shoulder.

"Leo..." Alice hugged him just as tight and cried happily. He wasn't going to ask her to leave. She forgot all about Meiun and Hibiki, about her powers and the changes, about having been all alone up until now. None of that mattered anymore. She soaked him in and her tears began to stop, changing into a smile.

"I'm glad your with me Alice, because now that you are. If they do come after you, I will protect you." Leo smiled happily as he now found someone who wouldn't leave him when times got bad, and he was happy he that he had the strength to protect her.

"Then why are you still there?" Leo smiled as he wanted to get away for a second, but wasn't able to because of Alice. He didn't mind that she was keeping him there though.

"You may be confusing," Meiun said.
"But we like you, Onii-Sama." Hibiki nodded.
"And we want to hang out with you and Onee-Sama sometimes." Meiun added.
"Because we're always all alone." Meiun finished sadly.
Alice turned to look at them sadly. She knew how that felt.

Then Leo moved Alice over to them and pulled the both of them into their hug. "It's okay now, you guys aren't alone now. You have me and Ali." Leo smiled as he tried to make them feel less sad.

The twins laughed happily, hugging their new friends, glad to have someone at last.
"And besides," Alice added as an afterthought. "I bet Ryou will ask you to join too, like he did with me."
The twins blinked at her. "Join what?"
"Our magical group thingy!"

"It's not magic. It's because you guys are Mew Mews, he will most likely ask you to work at the cafe' and let you stay here in the cafe' too." Leo smiled as he tried to explain.

"If we left, mom and dad would through a fit." Hibiki nodded.
"Even though they don't care about us any other time." They said together. "But if we work here, we'll definitely see you every day!" They clasped hands with eachother and grinned.

"That would be nice," Leo smiled as the hug started to break up when the twins started to clasp their hands together. "Well if you ever need a place to go, you'll be welcome here." Leo smiled as he would make sure they could stay if they needed to.

"Married?" Leo was wondering if he would make it that far, now getting use to the twins now. Leo noticing Alice blushing as she apparently wasn't. "So, which side would they sit on. The bride or groom?" Leo smiled as he thought it was funny.

Alice pouted, her bottom lip trembling. "You confused me. My brain hurts now. Thanks a lot."
The twins laughed, pleased to finally have someplace to go and someone to turn to. It would be nice to finally have someone care.
"Alice! I'm back!" I chigo called, running into the cafe, followed by Ryou.
