Leo then just pulled his arm away so that he could wrap it around Alice, bringing her closer to him. "I'm glad your here too..." Leo said kinda embarrassed as he didn't even looked at her as he blushed.

Alice smiled lightly, curling and uncurling her toes in the sand. He was happy that he had met her? She wasn't quite sure how to respond, so instead she asked, "Leo, why do you like me? Most people think I'm....annoying..."

"Leo..." Alice looked at him sadly, seeing the pain in his eyes. She gently took his face in her hands. "I'll always see you, and you won't ever be alone." She assured him. "I-" her voice grew softer. "I love you...." She all but whispered.

Leo was not as shocked by Alice's touch as he would have been if this was a different situation, but what he was surprised by was her words... "I love you too... Alice." Leo said as he hugged her with all his heart... "I'm glad that I'm no longer alone, and I'm also glad that at least one person can see me." Leo said as he was so happy that it brought him to tears.

"I love you too... Alice." The words echoed around in her head. She smiled as he hugged her. Then she felt tears drop onto her head. She looked up to see him crying.
"Leo, don't cry." She leaned up slowly, shyly, and set her lips on his, soft as a feather.

Leo wanted to respond to her, but her lips pressed up against his making that impossible. He just sat there, tears still falling from his eyes and his lips pressed against Alice's. 'Is this real... am I in love with a girl I just met yesterday... and kissing her?' Leo asked these questions to himself as he was still stunned by her bold move.

Leo seeing what she was doing made him kiss her again as he soon back away after a few seconds. "It's okay Alice, I will make sure to keep my smile from now on okay." Leo said a little embarrassed as this was the first time he ever kissed a girl.
