She found herself in town, people stared at her because she was walking around in the rain with no jacket or umbrella and soaked to the bone.

Morgan allowed the waves of animosity to roll freely, not wanting any kind of contact at all as she walked. The people obliged and steered clear of her.

Owen came home first and about two hours later Tristan did as well around the same time Jenni left. None were sure where Morgan was, but that was no surprise to them.

Tristan went out for a run, it had stopped raining now but it was still wet out, not that it bothered him. He wished he could turn invisible like Morgan, then he could run freely but he was okay with doing a human-like sprint for a few hours.

He then headed into the forest, waiting until he was deep enough to feel that it was okay before taking off at his pace

He continued to run, even if people saw him they wouldn't know who it was and by the time they would do a double take he'd be gone

"Probably, she wouldn't skip so early in the job." Jenni replied.
"Not like they would fire her." Tristan answered.

Tristan's ears picked up her yelling at her house and burst out laughing.
"Are you on drugs?" Owen asked him with questioning eyebrows.
"No, but I did just now figure out who I startled in the forest, and they think it was a vampire." He said.
"Oh geez." Jenni sighed

"By accident, not my fault she jumped out of her skin when I ran by. Not like she actually saw me anyways." He said defensively.
"Yeah but you'd think you would have seen her before running by." Owen replied.
"I was just going on a run, who doesn't lose focus when they do that?" Tristan pointed out.
