Mika blinked then smiled "It would feel better to know that they would die for you more then knowing that they would kill you." she said.

Leo laughed, "Maybe your right... but it makes me sad that they had to die so I could live." Leo his only reason for laughing was to try to cheer himself up, but it didn't work. It only saddened him more as he sat in his chair watching over Mika while she laid in bed.

Mika's sweet side came over her and she sat up and hugged Leo. "Forget teh bad memories, it helps, but don't go numb, I don't want you to be like me." she said letting go. " Sorry she mumbled, then time not showing the pain that shot through her.

Leo was shocked to see that Mika could be sweet and kind when she wanted to be, but he didn't expect her to hug him like that while she was still in so much pain. Leo was grateful for her to care that much about him... it was like he had someone that truly cared for him. "Thank you," Leo said as he tried to smile, but didn't want to seem to childishly happy while she was still in so much pain.

Mika looked at him, and smiled "HEy I am not all bad Kitty boy." she said punching him in teh arm. "I care about my friends." she said.

"Well, I'm glad were friends then." Leo smiled at he watched her try to be tough even though the pain was there.

Mika binked for a sec and then feel to the ground holding her stoumach. She was fighting back down tears. "I guess I decerive this..." she wispered.

Leo saw her fall to the ground holding her side knowing he had to get her back to the bed. So he keeled down to her and picked her up, carrying her as if she was a princess of some sorts. He then gently set her in the bed not wanting to put her in anymore pain then she already was. "You don't deserve this Mika, so don't say that you do." Leo smiled as he brushed some of her hair out of her face.

Mika, was crying. "Yes, I do I have killed people, hurt my parents, hurting others, put many in the hospital, it was all my fault, I deceive to die." she said wispered still crying, for teh first tiem in a long tiem.

"Hey, look at me." Leo said sternly to her grabbing her face leading her crying eyes to his. "Stop thinking like that or your going to end up the way you talk about yourself." Leo saddened yet strong in his voice.

Leo turned her around not wanting her to go to sleep the way she was. "I'm your friend right, so don't worry about me so much." Leo smiled hoping she would get the picture.

"No problem...." Leo smiled as he looked around until he found a book that might work. 'Here's one I could read you it's called... Cinderella." Leo not really knowing anything about children's stories.

"Okay then..." Leo said as he looked at her while he sat down in the chair next to her. "Once upon a time, there was a girl who lived with her step mother and her two step sisters..." Leo read from the book as Mika laid in the bed, not looking like she was paying attention that much.

Mika laid listening to him. :This was my favorite one..." she wispered reembering teh nights her and her foster mother laid in bed, and she would listen till her mother fell asleep.

"I'm glad..." Leo whispered, then he continued the story. "... then Cinderella was visited by her fairy god mother and had given a chance to go to the Prince's Ball...." Leo continued as he looked at her as she seemed more at easy now.

Mika looked at him and watched him read, she enjoyed a good book and never really fell asleep when someone told her one.
