Okay -_-'' Im sick of sue's so here people heres a template to follow (larken feel free to add anything else into this post)

I have an idea that might help:
Whenever the staff members give the okay that the character isn't a Mary Sue, they change the Thread/Message Icon to a thumbs up.

but the staff arent on all the time to do so

Hmm...add "Allegiance" or something of the sort. 'Twould be nice to see which organization (if any) the character is associated with at a glance. If the character isn't associated with any organization, "Allegiance" could be either omitted from the profile or something like "Loner" could be entered. Think of it as a more "formal" extension of the "friends" entry.
