Kenmaru and Anna

Anna sighed walking down the street, she was sick of being treated by a child so the only thing she could do to make them treat her better was run off at night and come back in the morning "always being treated like a kid." she mummbled leaning aginst a wall

Kenmaru was walking down the street in the opposite direction, he was talking on his cell phone, "No... stop.... would you just quit!... My client doesn't give a rip!... Go ahead... I dare you!... uh-huh. Monday morning my office 9:00"

Anna looked up and sighed "god I thought I would get som quite time but no." she mummbled standing up "ouch." she hissed "I cut my hand on that dumg nail."

Kenmaru froze, all muscles in his body tensed, he inhaled deeply and turned to a girl standing near him. His eyes were cautious, he walked over after closing his phone and grabbed her hand. He looked at it carefully, then pulled a bandage out of hhis pocket and place dit over the cut. "That's going to need to be cleaned." he murmered softly.

"oh, uh thank you." she said looking up at him

He smiled warmly, "Its nothing." he said then frowned irratated and his phone rang, "What now?... oh, hey! I didn't think you'd call Rei!" he said, suddenly happier. "No. I'm just down on *name of street XD* with some girl... No, i'm not.... Ha! you wish you could get rid of me that easily!" he was seemingly cheered up by who he was talking to.

Anna looked up at him and sighed "well goodbye, I guess." she said turning to leave

Kenmaru was still talking on the phone, but grabbed her arm and held her in place. He gave her a disapproving look, "Rei, i gotta go. I'll see you at work on Monday." he said into his phone, closing it and placing it in his back pocket. (And yes, he's still holding her arm xD)

Anna was staring at his hand before looking back up at him "uh, do you want something or can I go?"

Kenmaru just pulled her along behind him, going around the corner and walking right past a group of boys that looked about in their 19s and 20s. "Hush, and listen closley." he said starting to explain things, "I am a vampire, naturally. And many more will be coming through here. You need to have protection with even the slighltest cut. I could have smelled your blood from a mile away, and the other vampires probably aren't as ... resistant as i. So i'm going to be around you until they're gone. I'll walk you home and you'll think nothing of it. But the vampires will believe that you don't know i'm a vampire and think i'm going to kill you. Just start walking home, but don't freak if i'm behind you." he was talking quickly.

Anna froze a little "hold on people around here get cut alot what so special about keeping me safe? and Vampire really?"

Kenmaru face-palmed, "There hasn't been this many to walk through here in an exceptionally long time. And trust me, Nobody's blood has ever smelt so..." he inhaled again, "delicous." he said, smirking, hoping to have scared her. "So, go home. I'll follow a small distance behind, and disappear at times, then reappear closer or further away." he said, turning her around and pushing her in the direction she had tried to leave in.

"alight then." she said and started to walk home trying to keep herself calm 'okay I'm walking home and hurt myself only to run into an adorable vampire guy which then I find out I smell Delicious. this day is so strange' Anna took a deep breathe trying once again to calm herself down

Kenmaru walked 10 paces behind her, watching 'her' surroundings, making sure none of 'them' were around her. He disappeared into the shadows, then appeared only a few steps behind her, he whispered "Clench your fist." reffering to her hand that had been cut. "Now." he glanced at a man a few yards in front of her.

Anna did as she was told clenching her fist as tight as she could "ouch that really hurts."

"I know, but just a while longer." and he stepped up to her side, placing his hand over her clenched fist, he watched the man that was inhaling the air. He growled "I don't think so." when he was a foot away from le man.

"he's one of them." she whimperd moving a little closer to Kenmaru

Kenmaru gave a tight nod, and the man flinched back from the sound that came from Kenmaru's chest.

Anna kept her eyse locked on the man infront of her terrified of what the outcome could be

The man glanced at her, and in one swift movement was 2 inches from her face.
Kenmaru was faster though, He pulled her behind him and grabbed the man's arm, twisting it into a crow bar. "Leave" he growled. The man cringed at the power in his voice and backe daway slowly, disappearing into the trees.

Anna was mostly frozen in her place looking at her hand which now was covered in her blood for sqeazing it to tight "why do I have to smell so good?"

Kenmaru chuckled darkly. "Not your fault." he muttered, grabbing her hand and prying her fingers apart. "It just happens to some people." and he looked up as a girl skipped over, her light blond hair bouncing, "Hi there!" she said excitedly, reaching for Anna's neck. Kenmaru smacked her hand away, he growled something so deeply and fiercly the words were barely recognizable. The girl just nodded and skipped over to some other people.

"well it just had to happen to me." she said still staring at her hand "I always draw danger in at least some way shape or form."

"Apparently." Kenmaru said sighing, "Now, go home." he ordered, "I'll be close by even though you won't see me." and again, he disappeared into the shadows.

"oh alright your wish is my command oh great- you know what I never did get a name....oh well." she said shrugging as she went down her street
