Leo sat stunned at the fact at how much power this young girl had over the young man he had just met. Sadly he was also worried why she did not let him leave and forced him to sit down and stay quiet.

Anna went outside, slipping into her bathroom slippers and standing on the stairs. She yanked a stopwatch off of a hook on the wall, starting the timer. "You'd better be done in five minutes. You've got 40 laps to do, and that'll take you all night, I assume."
Feeling proud of herself, she slipped her legs down off of the edge of the steps to sit down. Eioku stood up, nodding her head once at Leo. "You, uh, wanna step outside? It's kind of musty in here."
Yeah, she thought to herself, musty because of the damn meth. Of course, he doesn't need to know that...
"What was your name again? Leo?"

"Umm, yes." Leo replied, it felt like if talking to a drill Sargent and a young girl at the same time. He was actually a little intimidated of this strange girl he had met.

Yoh had fallen over after sit-ups, and the talk of more training was murder. The weights on his arms and legs felt like trucks as he got up. "Yes Anna!" He said, starting his laps. "To think, I go all through this for a cheese burger."

"He's running laps... because of a cheese burger." Leo was really confused about the fact that all of that exercise he was doing was because of a cheese burger, what he was even more confused about was that he could here him mumble that all the way from the inside of the Inn. 'I guess he isn't allowed to have fast food, oh well. I'm gonna step out side for a little bit, need to get some fresh air."

Yoh ran throughout the city, on is sixth lap with his headphones blaring music in his ears. "Don't think about pain." He said. "Concentrate on the music. Don't think about how my legs feel like they're gonna fall off. Concentrate on the music." He felt as if he would collapse at the very moment.

Yoh rose his head slightly, watching the man taunt him. With a grin he just said, "Yeah, but if I don't, Anna is gonna do something worse to me."
Kaze jumped upon Leo's shoulders, taking the cheese burger from him. "This does taste good!" He exclaimed, taking a large bite.

"Hey that's my cheese burger, hands off." Leo stealing back his burger and trying to keep it away from Kaze. 'Yeah, that girlfriend of yours really gives me the willies." Leo started to feel a chill up his spine, even though it was warm outside.

Kaze had the burger stolen from him. "Hey!" He said. "Give that back!" He tried to wrestle the burger from Leo's arms. "Eh, she may be a bitch, but she's hot as hell! You know, not counting the chesticular area." Kaze said this with a grin as he fell from Leo's shoulders. "Karma... Sucks.... Ass..." He said weakly.
Yoh grinned, chuckling while they fought over the burger. "Anna isn't that bad." He said as he scratched the back of his head and moving one side of his headphones from over his ear.

"Hey I told you hands off my burger, why don't you buy your own anyways." Leo struggling away from Kaze, when suddenly he heard footsteps. "Someone's here..." Leo warned as he lifted himself up from the ground. "Let's check it out."

Outside the Inn was a boy wearing a cloak with abnormally long hair, almost that of a girl. Leo didn't know who he was but it didn't look like this was going to end well.

Yoh rounded the corner hoping that it wasn't more hunter spirits. He saw Kaze and Leo had already gotten there before him. Kaze's words made the mark. "Holy shit." He said. "I can feel the furyoku coming off of this guy! Why does he look like a chick?" Kaze started to laugh and Yoh watched the boy fall to the ground, holding his sides. He chuckled and said to the stranger, "Hi!" The long haired man turned around with a smile upon his face.
"Hello Yoh..." He said smiling. "How are you?"
"How do you-"
"Oh... Let's not go into detail. You know that the Shaman fight is arriving soon right?" Yoh thought of making a sarcastic comment but Kaze beat him to it. "Of course he knows!" Kaze yelled. "What shaman in his right mind wouldn't know about it? The person would have to be a real idiot not to."
"The person would have to be you?" The strange man replied. Kaze shot the man a glare and the man ignored him. "My name is Hao and a fool like you", Hao continued as he glared at Kaze, "are not even good enough to be considered a part of my Shaman Kingdom. Now, I'll see you in the Shaman Tournament." He smiled and waved goodbye as he walked away from the Inn.
Yoh's face had no emotion to it at the moment. He did not get a good vibe from this person. Kaze was chasing after him, screaming at him. All the sudden, Yoh heard a giant roar. He looked at Leo, hoping that he had heard it too.

"I guess you heard it too, Yoh. That roar that blanketed most of the city. I guess shamans hear this no problem, but why can I hear it? It doesn't really matter who can hear, but more what made that beastly roar." Leo explained.

Yoh shrugged. "I don't know." He said. "But I really don't want to become chow for whatever made it." Kaze screamed loudly. He was close by. "Let's go." Yoh ran towards the scream, the weights now not even seeming like they were on. Anna's training was doing him good. Stopping when he reached the sight, Kaze was on the ground. "Kaze what happen-" Yoh didn't finish the sentence. He was in awe of the giant, red-spirit that stood before him and his friends. Hao was standing on this beast's shoulder. Looking annoyed. "Tell your friend it's not nice to strike someone when their back is turned." Hao said calmly. "And tell him it's even stupider to cry out his attack when he has the element of surprise... The destiny star and star of destruction are due... Tonight." With that, Hao disappeared, as did the spirit.

Leo just stood there as he saw what looked like a monster disappear into thin air. 'Okay Yoh, please start explaining before I go insane." Leo trying to joke, but was still perfectly serious. "We should probably head back to the in though before we do anything else." Leo suggested.

Yoh nodded and Kaze got up. "Hey!" He yelled. "Don't leave me out here!" He ran to catch up. Yoh waited until they were inside and then shut the door. "Okay." He said. "We'll go out on the porch to go wait for the destiny star. When it comes, I will explain everything."

"When will we know when this Destiny Star show up, Yoh?" Leo still trying to put the pieces together in his head. 'Destiny Star and The Star of Destruction,' Leo thought. 'This might get messy.'

Yoh and Kaze grinned. "You've never heard of these two stars before, have you?" Kaze asked Leo, already knowing the answer. "These stars are the signal for shamans to start paying attention for officials."
