Leo just moved her head to his shoulder as he let her cry on it. "Then if your going to cry then you may as well have someone to cry on..." He said softly as he felt bad that he couldn't cry about his past any more.

"I'm not sure, if they are people that sprout animal ears and tails and have strange animal like capabilities like the animal that lives inside them, then yes, I would be one of them." Misuzu said.

Misuzu nearly fell off the tree in surprise. "W-W-Why would I want to kill you? I barely even know you!"

"Because the Mew Mews are fighting the aliens, and if your a Mew Mew then you are here to kill me... because of that reason." Leo said sadly as he jumped out of the tree and started walking over to the lake and on the ground he picked up a cherry blossom and looked at it.

"But I barely know you, so why would I have come to kill you if I don't even know who you are?" Misuzu asked from her perch in the tree. She wasn't getting down until she had all the answers she needed unless this guy tried to kill her.

"Well, don't call me a human, I hate being called that when I'm obviously not one." Misuzu said as her ears twitched. "I usually keep my ears out because its more comfortable that way, but people just don't seem to care. It does bother me when employers won't hire me because of it though."

Leo just sat there and look upon the still waters. "Oh well then, I guess you can choose whatever life you want." He said as he started to get up. "But now that you know where I live I need to leave. So I shall be on my way now..." He said as he started to walk away.

Leo stopped and walked back over to the tree and extended his hand to her. "Come on, you don't want to sit on the ground forever." Leo said almost smiling as he grabbed her hand.

She allowed him to help her up before laughing. "You're funny. You do know that a fox, such as myself, borrows inside the ground at night, don't you?"

"Where else? Over on my bench." Misuzu said pointing to the bench in the distance. She bent down and picked up her backpack and threw it over her shoulder. "After all, where else do I have to go?"
