Hoshi walked in the park, and she sighed then fell down onto her knees, getting dirt on her clothes. Then she got up, but some kids came over and pushed her back down. "Blind kids like you should just eat dirt." they said and walked away. Hoshi got up, like nothing happened and started walking.

Ringo wandered along to the Mew Cafe. He was late, but didn't care. He stared into space, not watching where he was going until a kid said something. He watched a girl get pushed to the ground. He didn't want to get involved, but bullies always concerned him.
He walked up to the girl (Hoshi) "Are you OK?" he asked.

Hoshi blinked and then turned her eyes to teh noise. "Umm... yes." she said getting up. She looked like crap, but could not tell sicne all was black to her.

"Are you sure?" Ringo asked with obvious concern in his voice, "I work at a tea shop not far from here. I could get you something to drink ... or let you use the phone ... I'm sure Keiichiro-San won't mind ..."

"I-It's no trouble!" Ringo said quickly. Although he was a little nervous, it had been a while since he went out with a ... girl. "Please, I would be honored." he took her hand carefully, "I mean, if you're not busy ..."

Ringo smiled, "All right then." he led her through the park for a few minutes until they reached the cafe. Upon opening the door, Ryou "greeted" him.
"Ringo, you're late!" he said.
"You know, it's technically my day off ..." Ringo trailed off.
"Well, I called you in for a reason. And who's this?"
"Oh, um, Shirogane-san, this is ... uh ..." Ringo's heart pounded, he had completely forgotten to ask her name!

Ringo smiled and bowed politely, "I am Ringo Hayashi, and this is Ryou Shirogane."
Shirogane raised an eyebrow and shook his head, "Only you would take a girl on a date before you knew her name." he sighed, "Well, it can wait until later I guess. Please, have a seat Hoshi-San."
