Ichigo blinked at him, shaking her head in horror. "You're lying! Alice would never betray us like that!"
"She's not like you; she's a good person! She'd never betray the human race!" Mint added in, just as upset.
"What did you do to her?!" Zakuro roared in a fury.

Kisshu's face suddenly grew very serious, his golden eyes growing extremely dark behind his bangs. "What did I do?" He repeated, leaning forward towards them a bit. "I'll tell you EXACTLY what I did. That girl was dying, ready to tear herself apart, and none of you noticed. You stared at her as if she were one of you, as if she were nothing but a mere mortal. But she has the cure for death in me... She has the cure... IMMORTALITY, is the cure, girls, up here." He lightly tapped the side of his temple with one finger. "You... You are all just as dead up here as every other human. You cannot live forever. But Alice... Alice had the power. I merely... let it loose."

Ichigo shook her head. "You're not making any sense! Alice is one of us!" The other girls nodded. "She's a mew mew, a protector of the earth! You must have done something to her; brainwashed her!"

Kisshu's throat flared at her words. He suddenly slammed his hands down upon the tabletop, causing it to completely fall off of the hinges, toppling over to the floor. "She is NOT one of you!!" He shouted, making sure that the level of his voice was high above the crashing sound that the tabletop delivered. "Don't EVER make the mistake of assuming such a... such a... STUPIDITY!! Do you UNDERSTAND me?!!"

They all blinked at him, shocked by his outrage. He had truly lost it now. "Girls." Ichigo whispered.
"Mm." They all nodded, transforming in unison and poising to attack the alien boy.
"Give us Alice back!"

Kisshu's fingertips twitched, his head lowering darkly. "Why is it so hard for you idiots to believe...?" He whispered, softly, his fingers squeazing in and out, tensely. "WHY can't you just understand it? WHY is it so hard for you to get it through your THICK heads that I've made a girl happy? Me... I did it... all alone..." He started growling, his small canine-like fangs clenching down against the bottom of his mouth. "And I didn't NEED you, Ichigo...!! I STILL don't need you...!! WHY can't you understand that?!!"

Alice got a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach. Something was wrong, and she knew it. She wished desperately that she could teleport on her own, but for now she'd have to rely on Taruto. She dashed to his room. "Taru-chan! Kisshu went back to the cafe' to get my things and I think something's wrong!"

Ichigo didn't know why she felt hurt by his words; he meant nothing to her so she shouldn't even care. Aoyama was what mattered. Aoyama, and saving her friend from this madman.

Taruto glanced up from his broken yo-yo string, his eyes instantly falling upon Alice. "Wh-What do you mean, you think something's wrong?" He asked, clearly a bit shaken up by her words.

Taruto's eyes went wide, and he dropped his belongings. "Alright. Grab on."

Kisshu glared back, staring up at her darkly. He flew upward, reaching through the light directly at his target, not even stopping to feel the pain that burned through his hand as he drew closer. When he was much closer to the girl he wanted, he tightly wound his fingers around her throat, forcing her downward a bit until her knees gave out, so that she hung only by his grasp. "You... You were everything to me..." He snarled. An extremely humored laugh could be heard letting loose from under his tongue. "What's it feel like, huh? Huh? You like how that feels? The rejection? The burn of it all?"

Alice nodded to Taruto, clutching to him tightly as he took her to her lover. When they arrived at the cafe', she found Kisshu, his eyes filled with madness, clutching Mew Ichigo by the throat. "Kisshu!" She cried out to him.

Kisshu looked over to Alice, his eyes wide with insanity, his lips curled into a crooked smile. "This is what you wanted, isn't it, Alice? Isn't it?" He let his grip on Mew Ichigo's soft throat tighten. It felt so good to feel the vibrations on her vocal cords as she choked, finally getting what she DESERVED. Another laugh escaped him. "This way, she won't be in the way. Of ANYTHING."
Taruto thrust his arms behind him. "Kisshu!! Stop it! What the hell do you think you're doing?!!"

Alice watched as he choked the other girl. "Not...in the way...?" Alice cocked her head to the side. "But she's unimportant. You chose me and I chose you, so what does she matter? Leave her be, she's so pathetic anyways; clutching to a boy that's not even realistic. No, she's a fool. Let's just get must stuff and go." Alice wrapped her arms around his waist from behind, laying her head lightly against the back of his shoulder. "We'll annihilate the humans soon, love." She promised him. "And on that day, I shall make Ichigo Momomiya suffer as she has never suffered before, but darling, that day shall not be today, and those hands shall be mine, not yours.
"Alice..." The mews blinked at her in utter horror. "No...this is...a joke...or a trick...Please..."

Kisshu sighed, dropping Ichigo to the floor, letting her writhe there for a moment. He stared down at her pathetic being as she gasped for breath. "Alright," he said softly in Alice's direction. "I understand perfectly what you mean..."

Alice smiled lightly. "Good, now let's get out of here. All this pink makes me feel like throwing up." She glanced pointedly in Ichigo's direction before taking Kisshu's hand and heading for the stairs. "C'mon Taru-chan; leave the hopeless little Mews to themselves."
"Alice..." Ichigo gasped. "Alice..."
"DON'T-" Alice gritted her teeth, not bothering to turn around. "Say my name as if you give a damn, you worthless little piece of shit!" Shaking her head, she sighed. "I finally see what he means; I AM above you. All of you. You pathetic, worthless nothings."

Kisshu's eyes narrowed down on the girl who stood before him. He extended an arm and tightly wrapped it around her waist, pulling her back away from the hurtful eyes that stared at her with such discontent. "Alice," he murmured. "It's alright. Calm down. Let's just leave them and gather your belongings." Suddenly, his eyes flashed up to Ichigo. "A fair warning. Deep Blue is waking up soon. I'm not on your side, and I'm not on his, so I don't know what's going to happen."

Alice nodded as Kisshu pulled her away from the others. "Alright love. Let's go." She agreed. "Taru-chaaaaaaan! Let's get my stuff! Then we can play when we get home!" She urged, happy to have Kisshu's arm around her again.
"Alice no...." Ichigo begged. "Don't do this to us!"
Instead of looking back and getting into it with the annoying cat girl, Alice looked up to her lover. "Kisshu will play a game with us too, right?"

Kisshu's thin lips curled into an exotic smile. "Of course," he exhaled, gazing deeply into her eyes.
Taruto reappeared into the grand room, holding two bags on his arms. "You sure don't have as many clothes as most girls do," he urged, lifting up the bags to show how light they were. "What's your deal Alice?"

Kisshu smiled as Taruto exited the scene. He took one quick glance at the girl he once loved, letting his left eye shut for just an instant. "Wink," he said, quickly, moving through the airwaves up to Alice's room. Now at peace with himself, he lightly reached out and touched Alice's arm from behind. "Are you prepared to leave?"

Kisshu let his cold hands sink beneath her neck down to her waist, lightly pressing themselves against her hips. "You're truly ready to say goodbye forever?" He asked her. After all, he knew from experience that saying goodbye to old homes was rather difficult.
