Rae let out a slow breath, relieved. She walked up to the door and knocked, "Hello, I'm Rae Summer," She held up a badge that she was sure the other two didn't know she posesed, "And I need to ask you a few questions."

Leo just wondered why a teenage girl would be traveling the world alone and had a badge like that of an officer of some sort. He stayed quiet as she tried to get into the building.

"I'm looking for Laruane, David, and" Rae's voice chocked a bit, "Jared Summer. She has dark blonde hair and blue eyes and is in her late 40's, David has dark brown hair and green eyes and is in his early 50's, and david has light brown hair, eyes like mine, and is my age. Have you seen or heard of anybody like this?"
"No, miss, I haven't seen them, though I overheard someone talking about a boy with purple eyes." The lady said, looking honestly sad.
"May I and my..erm...cowokers here come in for a moment?" She smiled, actually getting it right this time, though it didn't reach her eyes.

Rae looked the woman in the eye and the woman smiled, "Of course, dear. Come in." Rae merely looked a the two, trying to warn them with her eyes. But they didn't know...didn't know what those men had done to people. They couldn't. Rae wanted to grab her bo staff but that would be really weird. Instead she calmly walked inside.

Leo followed behind wondering what was with her eyes, but he didn't know exactly what she meant. Just that she wanted him to be on guard, so that's what Leo did as he looked around even if he didn't look like he was.

Rae followed the woman into the living room, hearing the others footsteps behind her. The woman smiled at her; Rae noticed that the smile reached her eyes, "Please, sit." Rae sat on the chair across from the woman and Leo and Alice sat on the couch.
"Can I ask you a few questions?" She asked, trying to be as kind as possible.
"Su--" The woman's voice suddenly cut off and a strange look came into her eyes. Hatred.
Not again... The eldery woman's hand was suddenly on Rae's throat. Rae didn't move, though she wanted to glance at Leo and Alice...don't do anything...I can handle this, she willed them, though she thought it was probably worthless.

Leo was about ready to pounce on the old woman when he looked at Rae her eyes almost screaming, "Don't move..." It was a strange feeling for him not to act while someone was being hurt, but he just sat there hoping Rae had a plan.

"Ma'am, you don't want to do this." I tried, though she had an iron grip for an old lady and it was hard to speak.
"Yes, I do!" She said, tightening her hold on me.
"No you don't, you're infected, Ms., you don't want to kill me," Rae knew that she needed air soon but I didn't want to have to hurt an old lady.
"Infected with you presence," Rae would have sighed if she had the breath to do so. Instead, she grabbed the lady's forearm and made a sudden jerk. The lady flew through the air and landed on the floor. Without so much as glancing at anyone, she grabbed a phone and dialed the police and let it ring.
"Out the back, quickly." Rae said, running through the house, bo staff in hand.

"Right!" Leo shouted as he grabbed Alice off the couch and carried her out the back as he followed Rae. "This will be much faster Ali, so don't get mad at me for carrying you. Okay?" Leo smiled at her as they zoomed threw the back door which Rae had already gone threw just moments before them.

Rae finally looked behind her, seeing Leo carrying Alice. She grinned at that but kept running until she was a few blocks down the street. Rae stopped, and waited a few seconds for Leo. She waited for someone to speak.

Leo just smiled about to speak as to break the tension. "I guess they weren't there, were they?" Leo asked as he didn't notice he was still carrying Alice.
