Personality: She isn?t very shy, just lonely. She rarely lets anyone get close to her because she doesn?t want to get hurt. When she knows people and can call them friend, she will protect them with everything she has. She hates seeing people get hurt and sticks out for the weak. She has a temper if you threaten anyone she cares about. Doesn?t really care what happens to herself as long as those she cares about are safe.

History: Rae was born November 27 in the U.S three minutes after her brother. She and her family of four were very happy for the next six years. Then the earthquake happened. Rae had a strange dream of her and some kind of jaguar merging together and she told only her brother, Jared. She found that she had cat-like reflexes and could do many things that she never could before and she craved meat. Rae and Jared often experimented with her newfound powers. Only half a year later, a month before her birthday, five men in black suits came to her house to talk to her. They called themselves the Black Cell and they scared her. They told her that they copied a project in Japan known as the Mew project and she had the DNA of a jaguar in her.
When they tried to take her away, her brother moved in front of the men and they ended up shooting him. Their parents came into the room and they were shot to, though they were obviously not dead. The men tried to take Rae again, but she’d run out, screaming that men had shot her family.
Instead of calling the police, she ran all the way there and told them what happened. When the police finally got there, her parents were standing, bleeding, but okay. Her brother was also fine. They went to the hospital for a day and went home. Rae fell asleep that night and woke to find that her family had disappeared. All that was left was her father’s bo staff, which she took with her everywhere.
The police assumed abandonment and looked for any living relatives when they couldn’t find her family. The only living relatives were her Japanese aunt and uncle. For the next 9 years, Rae learned karate. At thirteen, she actually knew how to hack into networks (she didn’t do anything but find ways to find her parents) and found something called the Black Cell Project. Through this, she found a list of addresses extremely long and in every continent—even Antarctica. A month later, she ran away to the U.S to check EVERY single one of the ‘relocation’ addresses.
While searching in California, Rae stumbled across a case being investigated by the FBI. Without really examining the scene, she randomly said out loud that that the shooter was left handed. The agents looked at her, dumbfounded, not only had a young girl somehow gotten onto the crime scene, but she found out was took a half an hour for them to figure out in a minute or so. As she looked closer (at their prodding) she had a good description of the shooter and what he was wearing.
She became an unofficial FBI agent, being consulted for many cases. In return, she demanded an FBI badge so she could ask people questions. They gave it to her (stupid government).
After a year in North America, she checked South America and Europe in less than that. She actually found people who saw her family in Europe and found their trail. It led east. She spent the next year searching China when a new find led her to back to Japan. All the while, she’s been attacked by half of the people she’s talked to; usually normal looking people that have a weird chemical that the Black Cell invented that creates selective amnesia. The Black cell knows that Rae’s on their trail so they trigger the amnesia to make the people momentarily remember that they hate ‘mew’s’ like her and attack her.
She figures that they gave this to her parents, so they don’t remember her and are actually traveling through-out the world without ever knowing she existed.

Weapons: She uses a bow staff and again, her martial arts skill.
Mew weapon: She has the ability to transfer her mew energy into her bo staff (and it looks really cool in the mew state and that is her weapon.
