OOC: A note- The walkway on which Leo and Luke have been fighting has been devoid of pedestrians so far.
About 40 feet away were two people standing side by side, both facing Leo's direction. The shorter one was wearing white clothes and looked like an angel from this distance that one had her arms extended. The latter was about six and a half inches taller than the former and was dressed in all black. He was wearing a black gas mask.

'Well, there are a few things that could happen right now... either I give them Luke and they will most likely say they'll let me live or I carry him and try to escape by teleporting away... what great options I have.' Leo thought to himself as he sighed at his misfortune. "So what do you two want?" Leo asked them straight forward hoping they could hear him.

The two of them said nothing and started advancing towards Luke and Leo. As they came closer, more aspects of the two became realizable. The smaller one was a girl of 15 years of age, was dressed completely in white and had white hair. Her face was of angelic charm. The other was threatening. He wore a full set of black combat armor and a black gas mask. He was not carrying a fire arm...or so it seemed. Not one bit of his skin or even his eyes were visible.

Leo just stared at them, the blood inside him not liking what was happening. He knew either they were going to kill them or capture them somehow, but whatever the case was he would be ready to fight if need be. Leo stood up and walked over to the two mysterious people not showing any signs of backing down in case he had to fight them. "Now will you answer me, who are you and what do you want?" Leo asked more stern and direct towards the two with Blood Lust filling his eyes.

The girl turned to Leo and said softly, "We are here to purge this evil doer of his curse. Stand aside." In her hair was a silver pin with a peculiar gem on it. It looked like a Mew pendant. The threatening one meanwhile removed the arrow of light from Luke's head which dissolved in his hand. There was no blood or even wound at that.

"What exactly do you mean by purge?" Leo asked the girl making sure to watch the boy closely knowing he would not like the answer she was going to give him already.

"This youth is infected with a seed of darkness implanted into his cerebella. I am going to see if I can remove the seed if possible." said the girl. The threatening man looked over at the girl and nodded.

"Do you mean like the Blood Lust inside me?" Leo asked just before the boy nodded to her as he watched him. "What does that mean?" Leo with lots of questions and not very many answers to go with.

"This seed of darkness I am referring is actually a whole substance of what we believe to be chemically stable Tarkatise Silotase. Now give me a minute to examine this youth's mind." said the girl. She walked over and knealt over Luke and placed her hand on his forehead. Her "assistant" stood up and kept watch for any pedestrians that might happen to come their way.

Leo just watched as the girl touched his forehead. He didn't really know whether or not to believe the girl at that moment, but he knew that if this was what she said it was. Maybe Luke would want this, but it wasn't his call to make at that moment since he had just met him. Leo decided to wait out this examination to see what she would do afterwords as he wondered what Luke was thinking...

About three minutes passed. No pedestrians came that way. The enigmatic duo said nothing the entire time. Finally, the girl took her slender hand off of Luke's head and breathed a deep, uncomfortable sigh. "I can't do this. The damage is already dealt- it goes deep too....We're going to have to take him to the Archives...Come Raikov, it's time to go." The latter, whose name was Raikov picked up Luke's limp body.

Leo stepped in front of the two towering over them tired of this waiting game he wanted answers and he wanted them now. "What is the Archives and since you said you can't do anything why are you taking Luke there?" Leo asked as he Blood Lust got tired of waiting for them to finish and was acting on Leo's behalf.

"My ability to remove the seed from his mind is beyond my abilities- not the abilities of those at the Archive. Only there can I get assistance. Now move along. Come, Raikov, we can't miss our flight." said the girl. Raikov cast a quick glance at Leo, then at Luke, then back on the horizon. They continued down the walkway.

Leo just grabbed Leo from the boy without him even noticing him take him before it was too late. Leo carried Luke, his body leaning over his shoulder looking as if it didn't effect him at all. "I think I should hold on to him for a while." Leo said as his Blood Lust filled his eyes and he walked past them.

Raikov drew a pistol on Leo- a Makarov PMM. The angelic girl said in an attempt to pursuade Leo, "Give him to us. Only we know how to purge him of his curse."

"You had an idea..." Leo laughed a little as he was so disappointed in what they said. "You don't even know what it's like to be like him. To have a demon inside you eating away at your soul." Leo saddened to see these kids had no idea of the pain of something evil living in your soul.

Leo just smiled, "I don't think I trust you enough with my friend to give him up just like that." Leo patted the two on the head as he teleported away without warning.

"The fool...he associates himself with the enemy by giving assistance to the unstable Luke. He will regret that....Come Raikov, let us restart our search for Luke Arrius." said the girl sighing. Raikov's hands were shaking with anger. He holstered his Makarov and walked off into the horizon with the girl
---(scene change)---
Luke slowly came back to his senses when he teleported with Leo. He croaked a muffled, "Where.....are.......we......?"

Luke looked exhausted. He layed back and gazed up through the leaves. He then turned to Leo and asked in a somewhat quiet way, "This may sound rediculous, but was I fighting you awhile ago?"
