that morning he was gone but elijah was barking at something in the living room

Armen was a large puma and up on the rafters chasing down a bird that had gotten into the house

She observed the scene and looked at the time and left the room grumbling, "It's too early for this." She left the living room and went to the kitchen to make something for breakfast.
