Grape Juice wishes and bubblegum clouds can never replace the joy that lolita-based child characters bring to us! This is a contest where your kiddy-dears can shine alone in the spotlight! What's the breed? Alien, human, mew mew? It doesn't matter! All that matters is the dedication and the heart that you put into making your darling child character a celebrity around sugardust!
Here's all you have to do:
1) Make a profile using the character profile chart that I provide below.
2) Give us a cute little picture. It doesn't have to be drawn by you.
3) Tell us why you think that your character deserves to be Lil' Miss Tokyo Mew Mew!
