Secrets (Arashi and Julia)

Julia walked along the streets towards home, no one was out at that time, at least that she knew of.

Arashi walked through the alleyways, not in the mood to walk under the lights. He held a kitten he found abandoned on the road side. It was black and had green eyes and mewed hungrily.

She stopped when she heard the kitten mew; she had a kitty at home and had gotten treats for her when she was out. She pulled them out and shook the bag walking into the pitch black alley way
“Here kitty kitty.”

The cat jumped from his arms, scratching his arm “ouch, dammit!” he stepped into the light barely so she could see his form but not his face. The kitten stared at her intently.

She fed the little thing a treat then looked up at him
“Uhm, are you alright?”

“I’ fine.” He sounded a little bewildered. Considering he had just escaped his entrapment and his mother was Aphrodite and he had power’s he’d earned from her.

She picked and kitten up and stood up once again
“Well then what are you doing out here? It’s the middle of the night.”

“I don’t know. Where am I?” he voice was deep and pretty much the sexiest thing ever! XD

she snapped out of her little dazed and sighed
“so your lost and defiantly not from around here, this is California.”

“What the hell is California? Where’s Olympia? He stepped into the light, his bright eyes glowing.

She gave him a funny look
“the untied States, and Olympia? Seriously this is America not Greece and that’s not real.”

He raised an eyebrow “now I think you aren’t real.” He said and laughed “no such thing as Olympia.”

She put a hand on her hip
“okay you must be drunk. Where do you live bud because your out of your mind right now.”

“I live on mount Olympus duh.” He stepped into the light all the way, shaking his hair out of his face. “I’m the son of Aphrodite.”

She rolled her eyes
“ohh yeah and were married baby.” She said sarcastically

“are we?” he said, looking her up and down. “yeah, I’d marry you.” He said thoughtfully

she scoffed
“and I wouldn’t marry a lunatic.”

His eyes darkened and he copied her voice her voice in a snotty way
“I wouldn’t marry a lunatic.”

She crossed her arms
“okay not funny, and if you look me over like you did again I will slap you.”

He raised an eyebrow “oh really?” he paused and smirked “fine.” His features flashed, suddenly he wasn’t a he. He was copying her body

She hit him
“stop that! My god your creeping me out!”

he laughed “no such thing as Olympus.” He changed back and walked back into the dark

“whoa hold your horses.” she grabbed his wrist “until you get back….there I guess. Where are you staying?”

“no where.” He said, shrugging “I’ll wait for my mother to return from the tide.” He said

she sighed
“you cant stay out here, come with me.” She said pulling him out of the alley again.

He flipped the hood of his black sweater on, sliding on sunglasses to hide from the lights

She picked up her bag, which the kitten was in to warm up and started to walk to her apartment, she still had a hold of his wrist

He followed her “where are you taking me.”

She walked into the apartment building and into the elevator, she pressed the top button
“somewhere you can stay.”

“are you dim?? I could be a rapist,” he pointed out

she shook her head and pulled her into the apartment
“you seem to sexy to be a rapist. Id be to willing for it to be rape.”

He laughed

She set the kitten down to get cozy as she went towards her bed room, to put pj’s on

He followed her, oblivious to the fact that he wasn’t supposed to.

She’d closed the door but left it open a crack, she’d put on super short silky red shorts but was in her Fredric’s bra still

He still followed XD walking in. he didn’t seem to realize she was naked. His eyes drifted over her sensually. But he didn’t make a move besides sitting on her bed

She pulled a sheer tank top on and turned, she about screamed when she saw him there
“Why did you follow me you little pervert?”

He looked puzzled “you told me too.”

“Not into my room.” She answered sitting on the bed
“Enjoy the view you perv,” she asked hitting him lightly with a pillow

he smiled “well yes but I’m not perverted. If I was I would have done whatever I wanted. I simply sat.”

she laid back on the bed looking at him
“mmm well maybe I would have let you do whatever you wanted.”

He smiled “you’re tempting.” His eyes smiled like he did, he ran a hand through his hair

She crawled closer to him
“I tempt the son of a goddess, how-“ her hand slid onto his leg “interesting,”

he smiled, looking at her and not acknowledging her had. “but I am the son of Aphrodite and I have seen many beautiful women all of which I have resisted. I do not have one night stands, I don’t ‘wham bam thank you ma’am’. I make love.” He smirked

she blushed a bit looking at him, just the thought of being with him that way made her want him “then show me what loves like.” She whispered, her hand moving up a little farther on his thigh.

He seemed to consider this deeply, looking at her intensely. “Alright.”

She turned scarlet at his answer.

He smiled and pushed her back, straddling her and leaning forward. He brushed her hair back from her neck with his lips. His touch was electric, powerful, and gentle. His eyes bore into her and his voice like velvet; he said “I will show you love.” The words dripped serenity and seriousness

She felt her heart skip a beat as she stared into his eyes, her breathing already sped up a bit even though he’d barely even touched her…..she was just speech less.

He smiled and pressed his lips to her collar bone.

She leaned her head back with a sigh, her hands slid onto his chest

He sat up, helping her up and picked up the kitten that was at his leg, stroking it’s head.


Julia let out a breath, almost like a huff because the cat got in the way

He smiled at her “I said I would show you love. I did not however say I would make love to you.”

She sighed and got up to get a drink mumbling something to herself

He watched her, a little bit intrigued by her tiny shorts. He walked into the living room

She was up on a chair trying to get her wine glasses down, so you could get a good look at those shorts that way

He walked up next to her and helped her grab them, cuz he’s tall

She smiled a little and took them
“well would you like a drink?” she asked pulling out a wine bottle.

“sure.” He smiled

she got off the chair, uncorked the bottle, poured some and handed him a glass before walking into the living room with hers

he followed, taking a sip of his wine.

She sat on the couch and drank hers

He watched her, “who is this.” He lifted a picture

She looked over and sighed
“that? That is Collin.” She answered looking at the picture of the sexy blonde boy

“and he is?” he sat next to her

“My best friend.” She answered shrugging

“oh.” He said, shifting to Collins appearance completely

She jumped a bit
“Stop it.” She said hitting him lightly

He smiled

She got up and poured another glass of wine

He watched, still sipping his own as he shifted back to himself

She stretched since he back felt funny and when she did he could see her underwear XD twas a thong

“Nice thong.” He smirked, drinking the last of his wine

“Staring at my ass now are you?” she said turning to look at him

“maybe.”

She walked over to him and leaned closer “well it matches my bra just so you know.”

He smiled a little more

She sat on his lap “you want to see?”

He raised an eyebrow “maybe.”

She had sat so his hand touched her leg, her skin was silky smooth and perfect “just maybe?”

She giggled and ran a hand through his hair “not anymore than that?”

He smirked “see but if I were to make love to you you wouldn’t even know who’s name to call out.” He chuckled

“Then tell me your name. But I doubt you could get me to scream your name.” she said smiling

“Arashi.” He said, “Remember it, you will be screaming it later.”

She got off his lap
“Well Arashi, my name’s Julia. And I won’t be screaming your name.”

“Is this a challenge?”

She crossed her arms
“I believe it is.”

He was up in a second, grabbing her and putting her against the wall


She smiled
“Well hello there, feisty.”

He smirked “you already forgot my name? I don’t think this is gonna work out.” He teased

“You won’t hear me say your name unless you get me to scream it.” She said running a hand down his chest

He laughed

“But I will be winning this challenge.” She said with an over confident smile

“okay.” He let her go, still being him he couldn’t do anything to her

She blinked “okay? Seriously that’s it?”

“love isn’t about sex so I wouldn’t be showing you love if I had sex with you.” He shrugged

“ah but it’s apart of it….I think.” She said, oh she really wanted to sleep with him

he grinned “not till it means anything.” He said

she moved closer “then lets make it mean something shall we?”

“we don’t know each other and though I could simply hypersuade you I wont.”

She ran a hand down his cheek
“mm well I’m going to bed.” She said walking to her room

“fine” he said, stretching out on the couch

she looked back at him
“you can sleep with me if you’d like, much more comfortable.”

He smiled
“I’m alright.”

She shrugged and went to her room

He fell asleep

She was up next morning wearing a short mini dress and making breakfast

He was shirtless, his socks and shoes by the door, his shirt folded on the back of the couch. He had a hot bod.

She looked at him and almost dropped her plate
“oh dear.”

His arm was over his eyes because the sun was streaming on his face. He was also not wearing a belt so his pants were a little low XD just enough to see the happy trail

She walked over and sat on his stomach
“put something on before I want to take it all off you.”

He groaned and didn’t move

She closed the blinds and ran her hands up his chest “Arashi.” She purred wanting his attention

He moved his arm and opened one eye

“well good morning.” She said looking at him

“hello beautiful.” He said, opening his other eye

she smiled “Are you hungry?”

“I am.” He smiled

“then get up.” She said getting off him

he watched her, following her

she handed him a plate of food

he sat down at the table, eating

she ate and cleaned up

he followed her with his eyes

she put things away then looked at him
“having a good time?”

“I suppose.” He put his plate in the dishwasher

she blinked, not liking it just being ‘I suppose’

“what are we doing today.” He asked

“well I have a shopping trip with my friends. You should come because you’ll need to get things to wear.” She answered

“alright.” He shrugged

she smiled and Collin burst through the door
“good morning my little sex kitten!” he sang

Right before he’d walked through the door Arashi grabbed her by the hips

Collin blinked “well who is that?”

Arashi looked at him “collin.” He said in recognition. He didn’t let go of her though.

Collin just stood there all confused and Julia smiled “morning sexy.” Collin smiled happpily

Arashi let her go finally, waving

“well I’m guessing he’s coming also.” Collin said with a smile
“yes he is.” Julia said going to get her bag, leaving those to there

Arashi grabbed his shirt and sweat shirt and put them on, slipping on his shoes as well.

Collin was watching him like O.O

“what?” he snapped

he jumped and looked at Julia
“lets go.” She said hitting Collin on the ass

Arashi followed silently.

Julia smiled up at Arashi “this will be fun.”

“okay.” He answered shrugging

Julia sighed “is something wrong?”

“No” he smiled, not saying anything more.

“Sooo Juls when were you going to tell me about this guy?” Collin said smiling
Julia sighed “I know what you’re thinking Collin and no he won’t go out with you.”


Arashi overheard them. “I’m not going to go out with anyone.”

Collin pouted and Julia looked down with a sigh “oh.”

“I don’t even know where I am, let alone what my mother would say. She may simply be made from the sea foam but that women is harsh.” He shivered

Collin shrugged as Julia didn’t look up as they went into a store
“wow you picked a charmer didn’t you.” He whispered to Julia and she just shook her head

Arashi pulled his wallet out of his pocket walking to the ATM

Collin started pulling things to make her wear some were cute and most were sexy little things

He checked out 500 bucks from the ATM. He walked over to Julia, brushing her hair back

She looked up at him “are you going to try anything?” she asked him as Collin found more things for her

“probably not.” He said “I have my own place now. It wasn’t set up until today. So your couch will survive.” He smiled “I just had to wait.” He said, pulling out his cell phone and texting someone. “and then my car will be here soon also.”

She looked a little hurt when he said that
“your leaving?”
“OHHHHH LINGERIE!” Collin yelled skipping around the store

Arashi watched him then looked at her “yes I don’t want to impose.”

She looked down
“you weren’t doing that, I liked you being there.”

“well I’m not aneedy little boy, I’m not the one that should be the supporter.” He pointed out

“doesn’t mean you have to leave, I’ve never had a room mate and I enjoyed waking up to see you there.” She said looking up at him

“cuz I’m hot.” He laughed then started rocking out to “I’m sexy and I know it.”

She giggled “you could stay with me and if it makes you feel better you can pay rents with me or something, just to make you stay.”

“no, I’m going to live on my own, I have stuff to figure out.”

“oh.” She looked down “I understand.” She seemed so unhappy that he was leaving, she really liked him.

He didn’t seem to be caring. He just met her. He wasn’t used to feelings and hadn’t developed any yet.

“Come on Julia try this stuff on.” He said holding up the tightest little mini skirt ever.
She sighed and walked over to him

“you want her to get raped?”
Arashi watched

“it’s for fun just to try on and it’s not your problem, she’s not your girl.” He said simply

“no but being who I am and knowing what I know, she will be raped if she wears that to the club you planned to take her to tonight.”

He sighed “but still like I said, your not her lover and I don’t plan on having her wear that there.”
Julia sighed and went to try it on anyways

He shrugged “I don’t need to be to worry about her well being.”

She came out in that and Collin looked at her “damn girly.”
She looked at Arashi.

he shook his head, pinching the bridge of his nose

she pulled at the bottom, she was uncomfortable in it
“okay something else.” Collin said sitting down

he waited, leaning on the wall

she came out in a little purple dress that fit her perfectly, she looked to cute in it
“aww hun look at you!”

he judged the shortness and shrugged “better.”

She sighed and went back in, Collin sighed “you know she’s gaga over you and you not liking anything is upsetting to her.

He sighed and looked at him “none of it matches her. Find something light blue.”

He shrugged and found a light blue sundress then tossed it over “try that on.”
And she came out in that cute light blue sundress

He smiled “much better.”

Collin shook his head.
“oh uhm.” She played with the hem “do you like it?”

“yes, that color looks good on you.”

She blushed a bit before going to go put her normal clothes “and now she’ll buy everything in that color because you like it.” Collin mumbled


“huh?” Arashi looked at him not hearing

“she’ll buy stuff in that color so you’ll pay her more attention.” Collin explained

“hmm. Julia?” he said, a red dress in his hand

she poked her head out of the dressing room “yes?”

“try this on.” He said “I want to see you in red.”

“okay.” She tried it on and came out for them to see. She looked hot in red

he raised an eyebrow
“that looks really good on you too.”

She blushed a slid back in to change

He was walking around the clothes near the dressing room when a women walked into him and dropped all her stuff “I’m so sorry.” She purred. “my fault, I wasn’t paying attention.” He shrugged, helping her

She walked out with the two dresses and looked over at him and that girl

He handed her her things and stood back up

Julia looked over as Collin held some red lingerie up with a smirk, she blushed a bit, and she didn’t have any of that super sexy stuff

The girl was smiling and laughing at what Arashi was saying but they were out of ear shot.

Julia didn’t like that, she felt like she’d cry so she pushed the dresses into Collins hands and walked out, he sighed and went to pay for them also picking some lingerie.

Arashi saw her walk out and he walked after her

She sat on a bench and stared at her hands holding those tears back

“What are you doing?” he said

She didn’t look up
“Shouldn’t you be talking, no excuse me flirting, with that pretty girl in there?”

he burst into laughter “if you think she’d pretty you go talk to her.”

A tear got away so she wiped it off before it could fall. “stop laughing its not f-funny.”

“I don’t see why your so worked up. She was running and ran into me because she was running late to buy her fiancee’s birthday preset,” he shrugged

“I just feel you don’t like me.” She said wiping another away “that I’m not good enough.”


“I do like you, I don’t want to sleep with you because I’m not going to used you. I don’t want to live with you because I just escaped from a 16 year entrapment and I need to stand on my own two feet. I don’t care what you wear because you’re beautiful in everything and I’m not hugging you right now because you’re being silly. We weren’t together, she was a total stranger, were total strangers and there’s no reason for you to be upset.”

She looked away from him
“I should go back inside so Collin isn’t buying that inappropriate Linerie.”

“too late.” He said, looking back at the store

she sighed as Collin came out with a bag and a big smirk

“told you” he chuckled

“well I’ve got work so havr fun you two.” Collin said walking off after handing her the bag. She sighed

“lets go eat.” He said as a guy pulled up next to them on a motorcycle and a girl on another after him “hey baby.” The guy took off his helmet and hugged Arashi “long time no see. Finally escaped huh?” Arashi nodded “took awhile.”
“yes it did.” The girl said as she got off the other bike

she said nothing and stared down at her feet

the girl took off her helmet as well. Long brown curs fell to her hips, her green almond shaped eyes sparkled with laughter and her full lips twisted into a smile. Arashi hugged her and she hugged him back


she just rocked back and forth feeling she should just got

“here’s your bike.” The guy tossed him the keys “good.” Arashi grinned

she sighed and turned to leave, just feeling ignored

he grabbed her hand without even looking

she jumped a bit and looked up

“Julia, Brandon and Kailyn.” Arashi introduced them. Kailyn smiled at Julia. “well isn’t she a hottie? Oh yeah so what are you doing today?” she looked Julia up and down XD she was a lesbian XD

Julia timidly slid behind Arashi, she was a shy little kitten

“oh no. she eats on your side of the fence doesn’t she?” Kailyn made a face

Julia was confused and she had on her tiny little black shorts
“well it’s nice to meet you.” She said quietly

She blinked and looked at Brandon now

“because you didn’t catch on to her hitting on you.” Brandon said
Arashi laughed and watched Julia

“I don’t catch onto it even with guys.” She said then looked at kaylin with a smiled “but I’ve been known to be curious.”

“oh yeah!” Kailyn whooped
Arashi smiled as Kaiyln kidnapped Julia onto the bike

She squeaked not expecting that

“peace Cupid!” she revved the bike and took off with Julia

she’d never been on a bike before and taking off like that scared her so she held on tight

she howled in entertainment “where we goin?!”

“uhm I’d like to put this away at home.” She said holding on for dear life

“okay where do you live?”

she gave her directions

she arrived at Julia’s in about 5 minutes

she slid off the bike a little tipsy but she headed towards the doors

Kailyn followed her

She went up and went to her room
“so how do you know Arashi?”

“basically prison.” She said “but not really. We weren’t there for crimes. He’s the son of Aphrodite, I’m the daughter of Athena, and Brandon is the son of Posiedon.” She shrugged

she smiled “oh, well I was thinking you were like him in that way.” She was pulling there clothes out and she pulled that sexy lingerie out an sighed “collin.” She muttered and tossed it by her garbage can

“why would I need it, I have no one to wear stuff like that for.”

She sighed, took it and went into the bathroom

Arashi knocked on the window and climbed in

She sighed since she was still in that

she sighed and went towards the bathroom

she came back out changed into her shorty shorts

“you really don’t like those clothes do you?” Kaylin laughed and Arashi turned around “she doesn’t”

she went into her closet to find something since Collin was taking her to the club, “what are you talking about?”

“you barely wear any clothing,” she said and Arashi laughed “you should have see what she was trying on.”

“it’s Collin, he likes buying me stuff.” She said shrugging as she got out a little black dress. “Collin and I are going to the night club do you guys want to come?”

“sure why not?” Arashi shrugged. Kailyn jumped up “I better change.”

Julia giggled looking at her “wear something nice for me?” she teased

“alright.” She took off

Julia smiled at Arashi “she’s nice I like her.”

“yeah, she likes you too.” He chuckled

“likes in what context?” she said laying on the bed

“she’s a lesbian.”

She sat up “well she’s sweet.” She said before going to get her dress on

“and wants to hump you.” He laughed

she sighed and did her hair and such
“you should get ready Arashi.”

He snapped and changed

She looked at him
“well cool.” She said and Collin came in
“this guy here plans to get some action tonight.” he said and Julia laughed

Arashi chuckled
“alright then.”

She finished her hair and Collin smiled
“got a whole group for this?” he asked and she nodded

Arashi flipped his hair back, his new outfit a black long sleeve button up and jeans

Julia looked at him with a smile, they were just waiting for Kaylin now

She showed up just then with a red convertible

Julia squeaked “convertible oh my gosh I love her!”
Collin sat up “girl on girl action?! Can I watch if something happens?”

“ha, no.” Kailyn grinned, Brandon in the seat next to her

“damn it.” He whined and she went down there with them “I wanna ride in the convertible.” She said all excited.

“okay, Brandon get in the back.” Kailyn grinned

Collin went to his car
She smiled “this will be fun.”

Arashi got on his motorcycle and Revved the engine “alright I’m falling you Collin.”

“then lets go.” He said starting the car as Julia got in Kaylin’s car.

Kailyn drove off towards the club

Julia got out
“god I love that car,”

“better.” Kailyn smiled.
Arashi laughed and followed them inside, pinching Julia’s butt XD

She looked up at him but giggled “you could keep your hand there instead of just that but okay.”

Kailyn totally did XD
Arashi frowned

Julia just giggled and walked into the club
“okay Juls remember I’m driving so go ahead and get what you wants, drunk or not someone’s going to get lucky.”

Arashi watched Julia with intent. He was totally going to tap that finally

She smiled since it was her favorite song,
“ooooo I wanna dance who wants to.” She asked

Kailyn raised her hand XD Dragging Julia to the dance floor

She laughed and went with her

Kailyn totally started grinding on her XD

And Julia’s hands were on her waist, some guys were getting pretty excited by watching them. They were gonna ‘pitch a tent’ if it got any worse XD

Kailyn totally started making out with her XD partly for show and partly just cuz she’s like that

Arashi grumbled a little and ordered a drink

Julia stopped “I’m going to get a drink.” She said smiling at her before going up there

Kailyn just danced with a guy XD Arashi eyed her “so, lesbian now huh?”

she giggled and ran a hand through his hair

he turned her so her legs were around him XD and in a dress? Tehe. He kissed her

she kissed him back, her hand sliding into his hair

he wrapped his arms around her waist

her hand slid down his chest, closer and closer to where it shouldn’t be in public XD

he pulled away for a second, downing his alcohol

she kissed his neck when he did, her hand pretty much in his pants

das okay he’s in her dress. His fingers JUST out of reach X3 he set down his drink and ordered another.

She moved her hand and she wrapped them around his neck. Before going back to kissing his neck again

He nibbled her earlobe, hands on her ass now XD

She trailed kisses along his neck as guys (and possibly kaylin XD) looked at him with envy wishing that was them right now

Kailyn sighed but found another girl to make out with XD Arashi pulled her back and put his hands on her face, looking her in the eyes for a little while before kissing her

She kissed him back as the bar tender put his drink down in front of them

Arashi carefully stood up so her dress didn’t rise and flash the whole club XD he set her on her feet, pulling her to the dance floor
She giggled following him out there

And they danced

She was grinding all up on that boy XD

“it’s possible.” He said kissing her neck and asking “wanna go somewhere else?”

she smiled a little “we could go back to my place.”

“sounds like a plan.” And he kidnapped her to the motorcycle

she laughed and got on

he let her ride in front but he still drove

once at the apartment she unlocked the door and went to her room “this dress is uncomfortable.” She said going towards the closet

she slid into her closet to put on something else, and make sure she put on her matching sexy underwear XD that box was on the dresser

he looked at it, smirked and opening it he found:

She came out changed into a short silky nightgown; she blinked “what’s that?”

“I don’t know, you had it. I’m gonna use it.” He ginned, walking over and kissing her

she kissed him back then grabbed the box and set it on the bed

“did not.” She sat on the bed “I don’t lose.”

she groaned
“well were going to the beach today, you should see if Brandon and Kailyn want to come.”

“they will.” He laughed

she smiled “great! Well were going in an hour.” She said hopping up

“fine.” He said, shrugging “I just have some stuff to do first.”

She sighed “okay.” She felt he didn’t want to go by that reaction

He kissed her forehead and left

She’d gotten Kailyn’s number last night so she texted her

Kailyn was over in less than 20 minutes with Brandon. Arashi was out and about

She sat down after she let them in
“well we have to wait for Arashi and Collin, I have no clue what Arashi’s out doing.”

Kaiyln shrugged “probably meeting his mom or something.”
Brandon nodded, “he spends as much time as he can with her or looking for his dad.”

She blinked
“his mother comes here? And she comes to see him?”

“when she can.” Kailyn shrugged “she’s really all abot the ‘respect the gods’ thing.”

She sat back
“well I hope he comes soon because I really want to get to the beach.”

He walked in just them and Kailyn and Brandon jumped up

She smiled and Collin was behind him, he looked at him and smirked
“ohhh someone got laid.” He said and Julia got red “did you use my little box of toys I left?”

Arashi smiled, “maybe.”
Kailyn ‘harumphed’

“did you use that gel cuz A it tastes like pie and B it really get a girl to scr-“
Julia hit him “SHUT UP!”

He laughed “Maybe.”

Collin smirked “you did.”
Julia sighed “okay lets go to the beach.”

“I’m driving.” Kailyn ran out the door with her keys

“shot gun!” Julia yelled chasing after her

Arashi and Brandon followed

Collin was at his car, she hopped in next to Kailyn

The boys got on there bikes

she set up the blanket and pulled off her cover up to show her sexy body and guys on the beach automatically took notice.

Arashi chuckled and took off his shirt, his sexy body glistenin XD Brandon did the same and Kailyn dropped her dress off

Julia giggled and wrapped her arms around Arashi’s neck
“want to come swimming with me?”

“sure.” He said, dragging her to the water but stopped at the sea foam

“What’s wrong?” she asked stepping into the water right through the foam

He didn't let the tied reach his feet, staring intensely at the water. His eyes were blazing. He grabbed her hand and took a deep breath. "Walk the beach with me first?" as he started along the coast, not touching the water.

"alright if you want to." she smiled up at him, but she was still wondering what his problem was

"Julia" He sounded as if he was about to tell a long story. "Do you know the legend of how Aphrodite was born?"

she shrugged walking along the beach with him, avoiding the kids who were running past and playing in the sand

He chuckled, "Yes. Something" he sounded speculative as he continued on, eyeing the other teenagers. "Aphrodite was born of the foam of the sea. As was I."

"you were born from the foam to wow." she said looking at the foam then back up at him

"Yes" he nodded solemnly, "So I'm not sure how the sea will react when I touch it"
