Blake was standing over his recent kill, his blade dripping the blood from the demon he was assigned. The demons head lulled to the side away from its body and Blake smirked, wiping off his knife.

Yumi was strolling along the nighttime street, seeming perfectly at ease. She was a considerably pretty girl with bright blonde hair and sky colored eyes...Attractive girls + nightime don't normally mix, if you hadn't already guessed. But yet, she seemed relaxed, at home even.

Blake stood simply on the sidewalk, cleaning his weapons as he loomed over the demon he slaughtered. He looked up as he heard footsteps, his ears picked up everything within a five mile radius but this was much closer and he must make sure no one saw the demon. He threw a black blanket over the body and the body disappeared with it. The demon council was a savior to him in the human realm.

Yumi rubbed her temples, "...Augh..." she sighed, playing with a pill bottle in her hands, "...I can't believe I agreed to this..." she shoved them back in her pocket and glanced up, noticing a black silhoutte in the distance. She just strolled on forward. It'd be best if they let her pass with no issue.

Blake straightened up as he was approached, his eye sight was excellent and he watched the girl with very little interest. He heard the pills but because he never needed pain pills or did drugs he had no idea what the sound was. He watched with a little more interest, sliding his knife back into his boot.

Yumi glanced at the man as she past him, then darted her eyes away and tucked her head down, continuing down the street, hoping to God he wasn't a cop or something. She trailed her eyes along the ground and once she was a few feet away, let out a relieved sigh.

He took step after her, not sure that she was a demon or not because she had made a sound he had never heard. Generally he was curious and he knew that if she were to turn and strike him he would have to act quickly, no hesitation whatsoever on his part and take her down.

Yumi thought she would be fine, that she was safe if only she could continue to silently glide on. Until being as smooth as she was, tripped and fell flat on her face. She tripped on (get ready for this) a pebble. The pills came tumbling out of her pocket, thankfully not open. "God dammit!" she yelled, sitting up and rubbing her nose, "...Shit! Ow!"

Blake moved to the girls side with ease and precision, his movements graceful and swift. He knelt by her, grabbing the bottle and looking it over in interest then looking at her and pulling her to her feet. She was human, a demon wouldn't have just fallen on its face.

She twitched, simply grabbing the bottle from his hands and protectively putting it back in her pocket, not even saying thanks. "I don't need help." she stated coldly, and began back on her way.

He grabbed her arm roughly and pulled her back, "One. Do not speak to someone of a higher level with such ill manner. Two. I did not help you, i do not help. Three. You should not do drugs." he said simply. The demon council provided him with knowledge, he may not have known by sound but by sight he did. "They usually kill you." He let her go and started towards the black trees.

She cleared her throat, "...Theyre not FOR me...do you think I'm stupid? Don't go acting all high and mighty to someone you don't know and don't tell me what to do." she turned around and swiftly began to walk away, clutching the pills tightly.

He growled, his lips curling back from his teeth and sprang. Tackling her to the ground and holding her down on the street, though he had put his hands on her back and held her just before she touched the ground and set her down carefully. He looked at her with his shining silver eyes. "Dont speak to one of higher power then you with such a manner. I coudl crush your skull in my hand if i so wished, do not tempt me to do so. Because i will without hesitation. I am an assasin and i do not have a pretty temper."

She stared at him for a long moment, almost challenging, but fighting the side of her that just wanted to try and kill him, "...Then do it.." she said in a blank tone, "...See what I care." she glanced away, then turned around, "...If you won't kill me, I'd like to go home please."

She clenched her fists, "Leave me alone." Yumi twitched in annoyance. "I just want to go home, make sure mo-" she cut herself off "Go home and go to bed."

He rolled his eyes a second time, "I believe that. You make to many mistakes when speaking and i know you are lying by saying you want to go to bed. You wouldn't be out so late pissing off men you do not know if that were the case." But mostly he wanted to go with her to make sure she was safe and because he had nothing better to do. As big of a jackass as he may be he did not let women get hurt.

She looked back at him, "I live four miles away. It'll be a while." Now that she mentioned it, she did look like she had been walking for quite a while.

He followed and scooped her up in fear she was about to fall. "I wont run. But you look like you are going to pass out" he was looking at her in concern, walking in that direction.
