Ryoji hugged him tightly and started to cry slilently. "I thought he killed you..." he said in a quiet tone.

Niiro kissed his head, "He got pretty close... I was in a daze... he broke my spine... I couldn't see very well and my breathing was slow." after a pause, he continued, "my vampire side beat it...and ended up slamming him into the house."

"I don't like the thought of losing to you, you're one of the closest people I have to a family...." Ryoji whispered gripping his shirt tightly. "If I lost you and Kona I don't know how I would be able to live anymore....I just can't lose you..." Ryoji started to cry more.
