She put the papers in her back and jumped down from the tree but falling slower than a normal person, using her power to slow down her fall so she wouldn't break anything at the height she was sitting.

She skipped some rocks and watched them skip across the creek but after a little bit she decided to practice a little and made them slow down and speed up, thinking no one was around.
