He finally quit, licking the wound so it would heal and licked the blood from his lips. "Kiara is crazy but she's honest" he let her go and surprisingly had not left bruises on her arms

He watched quietly. Secretly he had done that so that Kiara could no longer touch her. Such an act by a vampire would claim that human as theirs and it was vampire law that other vampires could not touch that human. They knew that a human belonged to a certain vampire by their smell. When a vampire bites a human his or her venom spreads through said humans body and other vampires can smell it so they know.
