The guy was trying to get her off.
The one with the bat, raised it in the air and swung as hard as he could, haji cought the bat in one hand, stopping it mid swing. Her hand crushed it easily, but you could see blood drip from her hand

Haji turned ina wau that the lightening thingy didnt hit the guy she was strangling XD she was having to much fun so she allowed the lightening to hit her instead.
The guy eventually blacked out. She dropped him
