Leo sat next to the lake where his secret part of the park rested. He had never told anyone, not even Misuzu about it. He looked around to find it empty and quiet... kinda like his heart now. Thinking back to a little while ago when Cherry took Blood out of his body, he remembered that he sold his everything to protect the ones he cared about... but they wouldn't let him be. He thought that soon Blood would seek him out, knowing that even though he got taken out of him he still owned Leo as his slave...

Misuzu sat on her bed punching her pillow in frustration. "God! Why do I always bring people apart!!! I can't do anything right!" She sighed in anger and collapsed on her bed, groaning into her pillow. "Why can't anything I do go right?"

Leo now knowing the his fate had been predetermined already, decided he may as well live with everyone before he was taken back. "I guess it's time to go back, this was fate so I shouldn't complain if this is truly my destiny." Leo sighed his unemotional sigh and began walking back to the cafe'.

~Sometime Later~
Leo had finally made it back to the cafe', wondering what would be waiting for him inside. When he opened the door, he saw nothing had changed at all since he left. He didn't know whether to think it was a good thing, or a bad thing. Leo then began to think were everyone was, until he went upstairs to find Misuzu's door closed and heard crying from behind the door. He started to think that it was somewhat his fault she was like that, so he knew he had to make it right. Leo then started to knock on her door, not knowing what to expect from her.

Misuzu quickly wiped the tears from her face. She jumped up and opened the door and hugged him. "I thought you'd never come back!" she said happily.

Leo was surprised by that hug, he was expecting something like a slap across the face or yelling. But he just hugged her back, not really knowing too much to say now. "I'm sorry I worried you..." Leo apologized as he was wishing he could be happy at that moment.

"He wasn't dormant awhile ago, he is now in complete control of Cherry... because she didn't want Blood to have my body. Even though I gave my soul to him in a deal..." Leo admitted to Misuzu as he knew she would get mad at him.

Misuzu slapped Leo hard in the face. "You baka! I know what that deal was for--to protect those you care about right? Haven't you ever learned from those mangas and anime shows where people do that and in the end, the person who made the deal gets killed and then the one who takes control kills the loved ones anyway?! Geez! You're such an idiot!"

Ayame lay in bed still awake. She could hear Leo and Misuzu talking by the door. She caught bits and pieces of the conversation but tried not to listen since it wasn't her buisness. She turned onto her side and closed her eyes. Slowly she pulled her ipod out of her pocket and listened to music to drown out the sound of Misuzu and Leo. "Everyone here.. seems distressed..." She whispered to herself. "I wonder if this is destiny or merely coincidence, that so many broken people...ended up together..." she muttered to herself. Soon her exaustion and blood loss made her fall asleep.

Zero eased out from the shadows covering his white hair with his black hat and eased past men in black suits. He slipped by them and out of the door the cool air rushing past his face. His cheeks were flushed from the cold and blood dripped from his forehead.
He staggered into the city his feet carrying him nowhere and his eyes drooping.

"I think I know when I'm not wanted, you take over for a little while Mrs. Leader. I need to figure out what we do next..." Leo said as he walked out the doors of the still not completely fixed cafe', wanting to see how he could find Cherry and get her back to normal.
