Marcus heard something move and he moved Alex behind him "stay behind me." he whisperd as a bear came into the clearing

Marcus stood absolutly stillas he whisperd to Alex "go under the waterfall. there's a cave, go quietly and quickly so he doesn't sense you."

Marcus looked back glad she was safe, "here goes nothing," he mutter picking up a rock and throwing it into the woods the bear moved slightly and growled

Marcus smiled knowing he got it's attention "yeah I know your angry with me." he said walking slowly to the edge he wanted it as far away from her as possible.

Marcus hopped onto the ground walking closer to the bear "your mad at me then come get me." he said only a few feet from the bear now

Marucus smiled seeing a dear come into the clearing, the bear caught the scent and went at it "thankn you stupid animal." he mummbled walking back to the water "Alex you can come out now."
