"Leo!" Ichigo could tell what was happening. "Whisper, get behind me! He's going to change. And those three...well...." She shook her head. "Just stay back." She then transformed.
Whisper hid behind the now transformed Ichigo, peeking over her shoulder. "Will Leo be alright?"
"He should be fine." Ichigo told her. "It's you we have to worry about."

Leo then started to transform as his hair grew from his head, floating in the air as it changed color from brown to red, while his eyes became a natural red now. He was now transformed, not longer the Leo that Whisper had come to grow fond to, but a new more ferocious man.... Blood.

Whisper stared at the new man that stood in Leo's stead. Was this the man that had killed Leo's parents?
"Blood, if you do anything to hurt Whisper, so help me God..." Ichigo growled lowly. "I won't let you ruin what she and Leo have!"

Whisper watched this strange man who had taken control of her boyfriend's body. He was so...violent.

"Excellent... come Crescent Duos..." Blood called as blood began to pour onto his arms, changing into two scythe like blades that appeared to be attached onto his arms. The aliens readied themselves as they pulled out their weapons. "Time to show me your blood...." He said smiling as he charged the aliens alone.

Ichigo stepped behind Whisper now, covering her eyes. "This isn't something you'll want to see."
Whisper let out a whimper. She wanted Leo back. The real Leo. The one that had been her first friend on this lonely world. The one that had teased her and kissed her. The one that she cared for so deeply.

Blood was fighting the aliens inside of the cafe', the three off balanced most of the time and soon realizing that they wouldn't be able to win so they fled. "That wasn't much of a fight..." Blood said laughing as he was covered in some of their blood as he walked over to the two girls again.

Whisper shrunk behind Ichigo a little further. She was beyond positive that this person was not her Leo. This man...this person...whoever he may be...he terrified her. "Ichigo..."
"Whisper?" Ichigo looked over her shoulder. "Hey Whisper, it's alright. Calm down."

"This is Leo's girlfriend, Whisper." Ichigo told him. "It's alright." She tried to assure Whisper. "He doesn't dare harm you." She glared up at him to show him she meant it before gently pulling Whisper to stand beside her.
Whisper swallowed hard as she gazed at this new man, trying to think of all the ways she could defend herself from him.

"I see fear in your eyes, at least your not foolish like the other one." Blood said as he looked at Ichigo. Because he would rather be feared than to be laughed at, since that's what he had gotten since he was born from Leo.

"Stomp, bite, kick, break the nose, knee the groin, grab a weapon..." She listed quietly under her breath, swallowing and clenching her fists. She didn't like how he was trying to intimidate her. She wanted Leo to come back.
"Whisper?" Ichigo's ears caught the violent things Whisper muttered and looked at her, confused. "Are you alright?"

"She wants me dead just like all the rest of you mortals.... whatever. I should expect this from humans who only know how to hate." Blood said as he looked at Whisper and Ichigo with hate in his eyes for them until he started to walk off slowly to the door.

Whisper glared then. "Don't tell me who I am and who I'm not! And don't ever try to tell me how I feel!" She called out to him. "I don't care who you think you are; I will hug you until you can no longer move, goddammit!"

Blood made his weapons appear before she could get close enough. "And I don't care who you think YOU are. But if you try to get close to me I will kill you..." He said as he glared back at her. Blood had once trusted someone enough to let them get close to him.... they just wanted to stab him in the back, literally.

"What is it with you and eating other people?" Ichigo asked with an exasperated sigh.
"I dunno....It kinda started after I watched Sweeney Todd...." Whisper shrugged. "But that is beside the point! Accept my friendship, dammit!" She commanded Blood, not really knowing why she was trying so hard to be friends with him, but feeling bad because he seemed lonely.

"I don't need friends! All they do is bring you misery and pain until they finally use you for what they befriended you for in the first place!" Blood said in anger as he glared evilly at Whisper, not knowing why she wanted to be friends with someone she feared unless it was to use him or ensure her own safety.

"But friends are nice." Whisper told him. "I thought they were weird, but they're fun. And you don't feel lonely anymore." She said. "I don't think Ichigo and Leo are using me, we're all just friends..." She tapped her chin. "If they are, I can't see why." She shrugged.
"We're not using you, Whisper. We're friends." Ichigo assured her, wondering just what was up with Whisper's sudden change in personality.

Whisper thought back...what always made Leo win? Well, the hugs were part of it...but then there was the kiss...she wasn't going to kiss this guy, she was Leo's girlfriend. And then she got it, a brilliant idea. "Or else this." She began to tickle him, just as Leo had done to her earlier.
