"Sleep tight, Amber-chan." Shun whsipered into her hair. He didn't care about the looks he was getting, Amber-chan needed her sleep. Who knows what that woman did to her before yesterday?

Amber woke up to be in her room her morning energy was kicking in again as he smelled food down staris "FOOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!" she jumped half way down the steppes "MORNING!" she tripped on the last step and sighed "did it again."

"yeah I did for once I felt great waking up!" she giggled jumping into her chair "that was the most tiering day ever." she smiled as a plate was sat in front of her and she took a big bite "you make the best food ever!" she said with a cheery expression on her face happy to be right where she was.

"ummm how about we go for a walk in the park it's so cute there!" she jumped up "but I have to go change first." Then Amber giggled hopping up the steps to change.

Shun felt alone the moment Amber left to get changed. His mom was there but it felt like something was missing.
"She just lights up a room, doesn't she, Shun?" His mom says, and he smiles.
"Yeah, and when she leaves, the world seems to dim." He said, glad he was close enough with his mom to be able to say things like that.

Amber flew back down the steps wearing the cute little dress she got the day before "ready to go yet?!!" she said pacing around the room "I love going outside it's so fun!!!"

Amber smiled and took his hand "today is going to be fun because it's all sun shiney today." ahe looked over at Shun "I just noticed something about how everything seems more fun when it's warm! yay were here!" she laughed and pulled Shun into the entrance to the park "what do you want to do first?"

Shun laughed, "Anything you want to do, Amber-chan. ANYTHING." He looked at the sky, "And it is a lovely day outside. Almost as lovely as you are, Amber-chan." His face reddened as the words popped out of his mouth.

"it's so pretty out here I remember them talking about how there was a movie shot at the end of this path for some sappy romance movie. sounds like it must be pretty at the end." she smiled thinking about what could be at the end "I cant wait to get to the end!"

"You know, it's not just the end that's pretty." Shun looked up, "Instead of waiting for specific moments, wouldn't it be better to live the in between moments just as much as the ends?" Shun shrugged, "Nevermind. Sort of stupid. And I can't wait either." Though nothing could be as pretty as you.

"yeah it is....do you hear running water?" she looked ahead to she a clearing "hey that didn't take that long lets go." Amber started walking a little faster and the they saw what was at the end.

"Yeah, lets go." Shun laughed and picked a squeling Amber up, "We're going to slow arent' we?" He started running, careful not to be very rough. Then they came into the clearing and he slowly let her down, stunned by what he saw.

"Have you ever looked in the mirror, Amber-chan?" Shun asked quietly. He kicked off his shoes and put his feet into the cold water, swirling around the water, "Cause that's what I see when I see the most beautiful thing in the world." Heat rushed to his face.
