Katherine shook her head. "I just want to sleep... My eye, right here..." She placed two fingertips on the temple where the gun handle had hit her, rubbing the spot as if it would make the soreness disapate. "It really, really hurts... I just want to sleep..." She bit down on one of her fingers as a sharp pain overcame her eye again. "If you could let Raul know, I would really appreciate it... Just don't make him mad, or he'll end up shooting you." That wasn't a joke, either.

"My eye, right here...It really, really hurts..." Kisshu felt a pang of guilt at hearing these words. It was his fault, after all. "Of course I'll tell him." He told her, lightly caressing her face with his fingertips again. He leaned down and kissed the spot she had pointed to lightly. "And I'll see what I can do about that, sweetheart." He kissed it again.

"Mmmh..." The gentle tone in his voice was hypnotic, captivating her while at the same time putting her nerves at ease. His cold skin felt wonderful against the heated pain of the swollen cut, like an icepack with a quickly melting heat. After all, despite his naturally chilled skin, it seemed to heat up after a few seconds of touching human skin. How odd... Katherine weakly laid herself down on the pillow, which smelled just like he did. Great. So she was in his bed, too. Within seconds, she had drifted away into another deep slumber.

Kisshu watched as Katherine fell asleep and the made his way out to find her brother. This would be fun.... He went back to her house, checking there. He didn't know what he should do to get the man's attention. And how the hell should he tell him about his sister? "Hi, I kinda hit your sister in the head with that weapon you gave her and now I'm holding her hostage. Just thought you should know!" That would go over reeeal well....

Raul was sitting at his computer desk, his face in one of his large hands, the other tapping furiously on the desk. He flipped open his cell phone for the fourth time in ten minutes and dialed Katherine's phone number. "Come on... pick up... pick up..." "Hi, this is Katherine's phone! I'm not in right now, please--" Click. "Damn it, Kat! What's going on?!"

Kisshu hovered around the house. What to do...what to do...? Maybe he should just write a message in the dirt with a stick or something?

Raul scooted out of his chair, stomping across the floor over towards the front door. He yanked the long jacked off of the hat rack and forced his arms into his sleeves. She's been gone almost twenty four hours, now, he thought to himself. I swear to God, that creep better not have showed up at the CD shop! She's quitting that job as soon as I find her, and that's that!

Kisshu watched as the guy came out the door. Oh crap...what to say... He finally decided it was most likely best to stay up in the air. He couldn't die; his toy was waiting back home. "Hey! You!"

Raul froze, recognizing the voice. Immediately, his senses brought him to look up in the sky. His hands tensed into furious fists as he caught sight of the man from before, making a mockery of him, using illusionist tricks to make himself float in the air. He took many steps forward in the mans direction, hoping that he'd end up kicking down a wire or a mirror, but there was nothing to kick. "Where's Kat?!!" He shouted up at him, his voice deep and full of rage.

"She's at my place." Kisshu told the man, smirking as he stepped closer. "Don't worry though; she's fine overall. A few minor injuries, but..." Kisshu shrugged. "I told her to stop running." He shook his head and sighed.

Raul's eyes went wide as he imagine this sick bastard chasing after his little sister, saying God knows what, doing God knows what... and now she was at his home? The tight hold he had on his fist was so powerful that his palm started to bleed from where the fingernails dug in to his flesh. His head lowered, his eyes becoming extremely dark, a low growl escaping from his throat. "You give my sister to me, right now. I'll not have her be tortured by a perverted psychopath like you."

Kisshu blinked. "I'm not torturing her. I'm fixing her up." He shrugged. "To bring her back and move her about would merely cause more damage. She asked me to come tell you where she was though, and I, being the nice person I am, promised her that I would." He sighed. "Really, I deserve a thank you, I think."

Raul suddenly snapped, stomping his boot down on the concrete step. "GIVE MY SISTER BACK!!" He shouted, his voice echoing amongst the stone pathways. "You're a sick psychopath with no respect for women!! I know you're kind of guy! You see my sister as an object, don't you?!"

Kisshu shook his head. "No no no...objects just aren't as much fun as people. Not at all. Don't worry, she's behaving herself quite well; resting and trying to get better. She'll be fine." He then looked the man in the eyes and lied smoothly, seamlessly. "I'll bring her back just as soon as she's better."

"Objects just aren't as much fun as people." This made Raul furious. His vision became a blur as the young man finished up his sentence. After he was sure that he was done speaking, Raul ducked his hand into his coat pocket, pulling out another hand pistol. His sister didn't know about the large supply of arsenal he had hidden underneath his mattress. Aiming it in the young man's direction, he said, "Bring her back, now."

Kisshu's eyes widened as he realized that the man had another of those damned weapons. He disappeared, going back to Katherine. He had done what he said he would anyways. And killing her brother would cause her to stop playing along. He didn't want that. He sat back in the chair where he had started, staring at the sleeping girl.

Katherine awoke again, many hours later. She lied there for a few minutes, realizing for sure this time that she was not dreaming. Rolling over underneath the sheets, she squinted in the darkness to look for Kisshu, wherever he was. It was too dark to tell until her eyes adjusted. "Kisshu...?" She called out, softly.

"Yes, darling?" He answered, slipping his hand into hers to assure her of his presence. She was already calling for him? Good. Very good.

Katherine lowered her head underneath the covers to hide her red cheeks, if he could even tell that they were red in this kind of lighting. "Just checking..." She whispered, her face heating up. It sounded so stupid to be saying that, and he'd probably take it as her coming on to him... Great. Her stomach twisted and churned a few times, letting out a discomforting groan. She blinked, realizing her own hunger. Scolding herself mentally, she decided not to ask him for food. After all, God knows what kind of liquid based drugs these kind of creeps put in people's food. Date rape ring any bells?

"Sweetheart, if you're hungry, you can just tell me." He chuckled. How cute, she was embarrassed to ask him for help. "What kind of food do you like. I'm afraid I can't cook human food, but don't they have those stores that sell it pre-made?" He stroked her hair and leaned in to kiss her forehead. "I'll get you whatever you like." He whispered against her skin.

"Stop touching me," Katherine said quickly, rolling over so that her back faced him. "I'm not in the mood for any particular kind of food..."

Kisshu smirked. She was getting flustered. He had felt the heat rising on her face before she pulled away. She liked his touch, but was in denial. "Your stomach says your lying, sweetie." He teased her, sitting on the edge of the bed. "It's alright. I really don't mind."

Katherine sat up, scratching her head. She inhaled deeply through her nose, as most people did when they first awaken from deep dreams. This didn't wake her up in the least though, considering the aroma that consistantly flowed through this bedroom. "I'm not in the mood for anything in particular..." Espessually not drugs that put me back to sleep. I wouldn't doubt that out of somebody like you, Kisshu.

Kisshu sighed, trying to remain patient with her. "Just say something then, so I know what I'm looking for. In case you haven't noticed, I'm not used to the way you humans live..." He said through gritted teeth.

Katherine tightly shut her eyes, noticing the tension in his voice. "Then I'm not hungry..." She said. "Like I said, I don't have a taste for anything. Just because my stomach contracts, doesn't mean that I'm fully prepared to put food in my mouth." Even though her stomach ached with emptiness, she couldn't give in.
