"I'm staying as long as I need to. Besides, should Tiserias return, you should be able to get me out of here as quickly as you got me here, right?" said Helen calming down.

Leo sighed as he knew she was right. "Very well, but the first sigh of trouble we're out of here." He said as he walked behind her.

An hour passed...Helen walked around and weeped over deceased friends and mentors and set them into a wooden cart with which she intended to take them outside and bury them.

Leo just waited as he felt the darkness that Blood absorbed from Luke start to make him go a little... insane.

Another hour passed...in this time, Helen had taken the corpses of her fellow comrades outside and aligned them as if she were going to bury them, but didn't. She didn't have time to do so. She then went inside and searched through the archives until she found and picked out two books. She then came to Leo and told him that she was ready to return.

"Finally..." He said as one of his eyes was red while the other was purplish black. Then he touched her shoulder and returned them to his place.

Luke and Raikov looked relieved to see Helen and Leo return. "Dang, man...you guys were gone for like two hours..." moaned Luke who had fallen asleep on the couch. Raikov had been armed and watching the door while Leo and Helen were gone.

Leo just fell to one knee for a second before he looked at the two men. "It couldn't be help... she needed the time..." He said as he got back up and walked down the hall to two doors. "You two can stay in these rooms until we figure out what to do..." Leo said as he then walked back over to Luke who was on the couch. "Your going in my room, that is mine..." He said as his eyes were still on darkish purple and the other red while he pointed to the couch.

"Uhh...Leo...? You don't look so well." said Luke examining Leo's eyes. Helen had a concerned look on her face. "I have a book which should lessen your pain, Leo." she said as she opened one of the tomes she had taken from the archives.

"I'm fine..." He said as he stumbled onto the couch. "I just need some rest..." He said as he started to fall asleep from the pain.

"No, I don't think you're fine. Let me at least do something to help you." insisted Helen as she flipped through the pages of the strange tome.

"Fine, but you better hurry if you want to help..." Leo warned as the his other eye started to swirl with the dark purple along with the red.

"Let's see...." began Helen. She kept searching for a way to help Leo.

Leo just started to transform in between Blood and himself, not knowing which one was going to take control. Then as his Blood transformation began to flash, his hair changed color from red to Black. While his eyes just continued to swirl between red and dark purple.

"Hang in there, Leo!" yelled Helen fumbling through some pages. Luke and Raikov were watching this and wished desperately to do something to help.

The transformation then stopped as he was in his Blood form, his eyes now purple and his hair completely black instead of there usual red. He then stood up and looked at himself and then the others around him.

Helen had finally found the right page. She quickly skimmed down to the line she needed. After a brief pause, she closed the book to see Blood standing up. "Uhhhh....." she said as wasn't sure what to do now.

"Looks like I have my own body now.... and it's strong too." The new man said with a happy tone to his voice as he punched a hole threw the wall beside him.

Luke backed off away from Blood, readying an attack should Blood strike at him. Raikov drew his pistol. Helen then formed some kind of spear of white light in her hands.

"So, we meet again..." The new man said smiling as he looked at Luke.

"And just who might you be?" asked Luke, a small golf ball sized sphere of light in his clutched hand which was behind his back.

"I'm am your darkness, remember..." He said happily as he poked at his head. "You may call me... Dark for short."

"Darkness...my darkness was a jagged black stone, not a human." said Luke backing up further. "And what is darkness once light shines upon it?" asked Helen, gripping the spear of white light tighter.

"Ah, but answer this. What happens to light when there is too much darkness." Dark said happily as he used Leo's powers to teleport behind her, taking the book so he could see what it said.

"The light always triumphs!" shouted Helen as she thrusted the pointed end of the spear of light at Dark. The pages of the book contained writing written in holy ink in a runic script that only Helen knew how to read.
